I bought this dispenser and the (recommended) napkins at the same time. I purchased a single (1) pack of 250 napkins, and they all fit perfectly.

We never use all of them, and they were destined to be discarded until we came across this little gem. br>Now we keep it on our kitchen table and fill it up with the free extras we get every time we go. br>br>There is no waste, and it also saves money. br>br>Chicken dinner winner winner!.
That is it. It functions in the same way that every other napkin dispenser has in the past. It can be used to hold napkins.
Diner napkin dispenser in the style of the 1950s. Someone else might see it differently, but the important thing is that different people will most likely buy it for their own reasons. In my case, my family had one that looked exactly like it (albeit in a retro-style). orange color) that was given to us as a present. We like it because it can hold and dispense napkins one at a time, rather than struggling to keep the other napkins in place like an open holder, etc. If I'm not mistaken, this holder comes in a variety of colors to match your decor. br> Now for the (negative) part: (quality) napkins in (smaller) quantities (that fit this dispenser) are (almost) impossible to come by. At the same time, I'm not sure if softer/thicker napkins will easily disperse from this dispenser. My thoughts on the quality of napkins that will fit this dispenser are similar to what other reviewers have expressed. There appears to be a consensus: We'll have to make do with less than ideal napkin quality because this is the best that's been offered. I appreciate the neatness of the refill quality.
Take some time to do so. The marathon paper from Costco worked perfectly. Take your time figuring out how to refill - Simply put your foot down.
It's so adorable. Napkins sized for the dispenser got caught and shredded very easily when used in my classroom during breakfast time. It was a waste of time.
When I've packed the dispenser to the point where it almost can't hold any more, I've discovered that pressing into the dispenser before pulling out a napkin prevents the stainless steel sides from pinching and tearing the napkin. Love it. For any parent with a messy child, this book is a must-have.

For the price, it isn't well made; I haven't had any issues with it yet, but it isn't suitable for a restaurant or intuition.
