There was so much junk where it was folded that I was unable to even see the design itself. I am not sure that the designs will even show through. Trying to remove the folds didn't work, so I returned the item.
I placed books on the edges of the protector after it had been cut to the size of my table until it relaxed. The plastic can also be relaxed with the help of your blow dryer. The daily use of this protector is really enjoyable for me.
I would not use it to protect my table from heat since it is waterproof but isn't heatproof. As a result, I never used it because I couldn't get the deep set wrinkles out, and it looked bad under the tablecloth. Returning it was an easy decision.

The heavy duty stuff is not for heavy use! Nowhere on the card does it say where they obtained the information, and it is rather thin - paper thin - and it's not a printed label. There are many wrinkles in it, it won't lay flat, and it The only reason I will keep it is that it fits my 12 foot table I'll invest in a thicker tablecloth to replace it. There is a chance it might tear, so it's not worth the money. Oh no, what a disappointment.
It was a large package that I received yesterday. My table looked a bit empty when I placed the magazine on it. Purchases are reviewed by me before they are made. Folded nicely inside a plastic zip-up package, it arrived in good condition. There is a problem with that. In addition, as you scroll down, you'll see that all of the folds are fused into huge creases and puckers. Whenever I try to flatten it, the corners where it has been folded develop puckers, like they have been heated up. Rarely do I write such an unbiased negative review, but I think it's important to make others aware of what they are purchasing. It's probably better to go with the small sizes. Returning to the past.
There is no need to think about this. The item I bought was for my beautiful antique drop-down dresser I have sold my leaf table and now it resides in my husband's new man-cave His cave. We provided his coffee maker and dessert station, as well as his liquor bar, during a recent poker party. On that beautiful table, all of this was laid out. It goes without saying that parties like that involve spills. As far as I was concerned, I had no concerns. It wasn't until the next day when I even went to clean up. The night was mostly uneventful, except for a few spills of red wine and cocktail mixers that were puddled and could be quickly cleaned up with paper towels. A total of 15 layers of protection were applied to the antique table. It was an honor to speak with.
Work is about to begin! To use it properly, a great deal of preparation needs to be done. On the felt side, iron quickly using medium heat and moving quickly on the felt side. Place the table in the middle of the room and have someone hold it in place while you crawl around the table and trace the outline of the table top. After it has been traced, start The part where you cut the fabric with your scissors is very simple if they are sharp. It should be ironed again once or twice after being cut so that deep creases and folds can flatten out. You must be aware that it is thin and slippery depending on the surface on which you place it. Hope you have a successful year!.
It worked well for the price. The looks and the feel suggest that it should be all right. I have not yet put it to the test. While I would not trust hot dishes directly on the table without a hot pad, I do not know how dangerous that could be. I did have to do some work on it before it was truly useful. On the pictures, you can clearly see in which directions the creases were deep and that this made the thin table cloth I was going to use show through. read the reviews of other people who used an iron to remove wrinkles, but I decided to use my steam mop instead. Because it worked well enough, I did not feel compelled to iron it as well. My table is now ready to go and will be nicely protected for the holidays! All I have to do is trim it up.
It felt so paper thin when compared to my previous table pad protector, but what disturbs me more is the fact that I was eager to open it due to its large size and the description stating that it is "ECO FRIENDLY PEVA. ". Purchasers should consider this when making their decision. When I tried holding the pad, my skin started to itch, so I removed it from my possession. It would have been helpful if the warning label for California's Proposition 65 had been visible on the back of the plastic container containing the pad before Due to an autoimmune disease and metal toxicity, I am highly sensitive to mold and metal. I would suggest Amazon make sure their vendors mention this. Better yet, would it be possible for us to stop producing and using toxic items that harm us and the **I wish I could be more complimentary as the size would have just been perfect for a room of that size.
It has a thin layer of vinyl on the back and a very thin layer of flannel on the front. It's supposed to be thicker to protect the table, so I was expecting it to be thicker. You should look elsewhere if you are actually looking to protect your table instead of just covering it.
Despite the fact that it is a table pad, I really like it. The reason for a 4 rating is that I was expecting a heavier one. As of now, it seems to be working fine. As there was so much activity on the dining table for the holidays, I feared that the table would get scratched even more if there was only a tablecloth on it. When I took it out, I was afraid it would fall onto the table and then I would have the contents scattered all over This is not the case! We were pleasantly surprised by your response. There is no easy way to move it. There has to be a pull behind Despite my best efforts, it did not Nonetheless, it does hang over the edge a bit because its size was pretty close to the ideal for my table. With the tablecloth on, you can't tell if it works or not.
