It is really nice to have a rack of this quality. I had no problem positioning it where I wanted it to be. Since our walls are drywall, my husband attached a board to the wall to reach between wall studs to ensure that the weight of the wine rack wouldn't pull the rack off the The anchors supplied by the manufacturer were not used.
