Yes, you can use the holder with a Baby bottle. We have used water bottles to display the wine holder in the past.
It wouldn't be able to hold a wine bottle on a regular cake, particularly if it's holding more than one. Although the elephant alone may appear to be light enough, it does look strange without a bottle attached to it.
Neither does it have a place to lay business cards. It is too big and too big. The bottle is designed specifically to hold a bottle of wine.
It did not hold a standard size Pepsi bottle and i put a regular size Pepsi bottle in it for my grandmother

This was a cute, unique gift for the friend I bought it for. This was a big hit with her. Upon giving it to her, I put a bottle of wine in it and told her that there was a regular sized bottle of water she could put I love it). Elephants of this size can accent a bar area without taking up a lot of space on the counter.
As a display prize and game prize for a baby shower, this guy was perfect. We had an elephant theme, and of course peanuts were involved. Everyone loved him. The question where I did I find him often came up when I hosted guests. In order to win, the guests had to guess how many peanuts were in the baby bottle I used him to hold. He held the baby bottle full of peanuts and the guests had to guess how many peanuts were in it. As soon as I receive one (since I had to give this one away) I'll order myself one for home. I absolutely love this lovely container, and it can hold up to 1 liter bottles (probably bigger than a 1 liter soda bottle).

Christmas was just around the corner, so I bought her this. I was amazed at how much she loved it! According to the picture, it looks just like that. I'm impressed with how sturdy it seems. She should be able to use it with a plain water bottle or a bigger bottle. However, before giving it to her, I tested it out on several different bottles of various sizes to make sure it would function. I was also pleased with how nicely it was packaged in Styrofoam. I like it a lot!.
Elephant nike is a favorite of my wife I'd like to do some decorating. As much as she loves her other favorites, she loves this one too. Her old wine bottle holders were not appealing to me at all, this one arrived more adorable than pictured, but it did come a bit more expensive. Worth the trip (this time), no doubt.
