The garlic and onions are most definitely going into these, and maybe a small amount of potatoes as well. In some cases, you must find the one that pulls out easier. Bags lift out via nubs, but sometimes it is necessary to find the easiest to pull. It's no problem at all. I struggled at first with the bag netting because it is quite thin and, as I mentioned earlier, I have fat fingers. However, I got the hang of it pretty quickly, and by the third or fourth bag, I was done. The sheerness of the storage net wasn't something I would want in a storage bag, but otherwise they held up very well. How do you clean and how long will it last? The jury is still out now that I have been using them for a few days now. It is unclear to me if reusing is even a viable option. Then again, perhaps. For my purposes of hanging garlic, onion, and the like, I liked the price they were selling at. I think they would be very suitable for drying and storing these items.
It is so strong that I can reuse it for weeks to collect tomatoes, green beans, etc. I also use them regularly for hanging squash, and have used them to hang medium sized pumpkins on the fence to cure in sunlight. They can also bear a large amount of weight. As well as giving them out to friends and family, I use them when I give out garden vegetables. The product is great and I would definitely buy them again even though I have so many and they last so long that I don't expect to run out for quite some time!.
They work perfectly.
I was able to organize the fruit we have been receiving from the school and the vegetables I have grown at home using the bags. These hatch bags can also be used to separate the different colors and pens of silkie eggs so that I can tell them apart after they have hatched. In this experiment, the medium stretches very well and holds many eggs as well as chicks that hatch without any harm to the chicks, and are spacious enough for the chicks to move around without being bruised. My order will be placed in the near future when I run out!.
This solution works well for our application of bagging onions, garlic, and potatoes very soon. There is no better reason for the 4 stars than the fact that they're very Our practice is to hang them on nails below the string that we tie them with, and that seems to work.
But these could be used to protect any fruit or vegetable that you don't want to grow The squirrels also seem to be deterred by it.
It was exactly what was expected and the price was reasonable.
These bags are wonderful for the organic garden my son runs for his school project. When he weighs the vegetables for customer orders he wraps them in these bags.
