Hi Todd - I'm Wendy from Tall Ridge, and I'd like to welcome you to our community. Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I find that removing the lid is easier when I use both of my thumb tips and push up from the cup's rim. It should become easier as you use it, but it should remain secure enough that you don't have to worry about it coming loose. I hope this has been of assistance!
I'm Miguel from Tall Ridge, and I'd like to welcome you to our community! Manufacturer's defects are covered by a limited lifetime warranty on your cup. I'd suggest contacting the Hydro Flask warranty department and filing a claim. I hope this has been of assistance to you.

I'm Miguel from Tall Ridge, and I'd like to welcome you to our community! The Tumbler comes with an Insulated Straw lid as an option. This lid is one of my favorites because it makes drinking a lot easier because all you have to do is sip from the straw. It can be found on our storefront if you're interested. This cup is very important to my husband. Every morning, he uses it to make his coffee, and it keeps the coffee hot for several hours.
However, on a scorching hot afternoon in south Texas, I borrowed one from my son to transport my lemonade as I ran errands in Iran. Simply put, it worked and kept my lemonade icy cold. I liked it so much that I went out and purchased one for myself. Stop shopping and buy this cup instead if you want a cup that keeps cold cold and hot hot without outside condensation.
Maintains the temperature of my tea for an extended period of time - It's a surprisingly long book!.
I like this cup, but it's not worth the money. I bought it on a whim, hoping that all the hype surrounding this brand would be justified with an amazing product. br>It doesn't stay cold or hot for more than a couple hours.
It's well-made and lasts a long time when it comes to keeping ice.
For hours on end, it keeps everything warm and cold. My coffee lasts at least 4 hours in the microwave.
