It does not, in fact. The silo is roughly the same size as the 32oz version, but it is slightly taller. If you're looking for a cup that fits in a standard cup holder, the nalgene 20oz multi-purpose cup is a good option. This is accomplished through the use of a drink bottle.
That is possibly the dumbest question I've ever heard; a wider mouth is easier to clean for people, so AS A WOMAN, I prefer the wide-mouth option. I, too, am a fan of blue, so I'd buy it!
It's the number eleven. 25" tall. (285mm)
Hello there, Tom from 7summtisgear. The cap is a dark pink color.

I'm not a fan of the metal insulated ones because they're so heavy. I don't have to worry about a "sweating" bottle because I prefer room-temperature water. Is it necessary to point out that I live in a hot climate? Are you looking for a sunny Florida vacation? A two-person business. For me, a three-cup bottle isn't enough. This 48-ounce bottle The PINK water bottle is absolutely stunning! I also paired it with a screw top straw lid (which you can see in my profile). I'm overjoyed because who wants to try to drink from such a massive vessel? Have you ever had water splattered across your face? Another benefit? It fits perfectly in the cup extender I also bought on Amazon!.
Super tough but light enough to bring back with you on your next adventure! I fill mine 3/4 full and freeze it solid to have ice cold water on the trail for a full day. When I go camping in the winter, I fill it with boiling water and place it in my sleeping bag to keep warm. I've dropped it several times while hiking and climbing, and it's done nothing! I prefer the wide mouth because it makes it easier to add ice and powdered drinks, and it also has a splash guard for easy drinking. (See photos) I've had camelbacks, hydroflasks, and a variety of other types of water bottles, but nalgene is by far the best. Some of mine have been going strong for over ten years.
My first was blue (Boy Blue), and it had served me well until I misplaced it (which was surprising given its massive size). I tried a 40-ounce water bottle with a smaller mouthpiece (which was nice), but I could tell I was dehydrating by the minute. I was hesitant to buy another 48-ounce Nalgene because I couldn't drink from the wide mouth at the gym (and had to use a "gym water bottle" for a portion of the day). But I was worried about my health. Who knows what the long-term consequences will be? What would the long-term consequences of not drinking 150 ounces of water every day be? So, after some research, I decided to buy another 48 oz (pink) Nalgene, as well as a straw/lid combo that would fit the wide mouth Nalgene perfectly (here: I'm starting to wonder how I got along without her. In this day and age, 48 oz water bottles are a must-have. She's tough (if a little scuffed) and gets the job done for me. While the container is only rated for 48 ounces, I've found that it can hold up to 52 ounces when filled to the brim. When considering your own hydration, keep this in mind.
The large volume, which is larger than a standard Nalgene bottle, is one of my favorite features. I prefer the skinny version to the more squat, smaller standard version because it fits better in my work bag. Finding a bottle that worked for me was a small but important step in that effort, and so far I've been pleased. When it comes to cleaning, it should go on the top rack of the dishwasher, but even with the rack adjustment, it's far too tall to fit. It's fine in the dishwasher on the bottom rack, but we don't use the heated dry feature. I prefer the screw cap because, despite proper cleaning, I've seen far too many sports caps with built-in straws become moldy. This straightforward design allows me to inspect and clean the entire bottle, including the drinking rim. On that note, because this is a deep bottle, you may want to clean it out with a bottle brush, especially if you're carrying something other than water. It's just like the rest of my Nalgene products in terms of durability and indestructibility. Also, as other reviewers have stated, I'm not sure why this bottle is referred to as a "Men's" bottle because I am not a man and this bottle hasn't turned me into one. I double-checked the information. I'm still a woman, no doubt about it.
I've had this bottle for three years and have a few things to say about it! br>br>SHORT SYNOPSIS: MADE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! br> Support businesses that pay their employees fairly and create jobs in the United States! br>First and foremost, this bottle is ideal for use in the great outdoors! The wide mouth makes it simple to fill from a mountain stream or lake, and the large size means fewer fills, which means fewer iodine tablets to deal with. The bottle's shape makes it easy to fit into a backpack bottle pocket, and the durable plastic will last for years in an outdoor environment, so it'll be useful for many hikes and backpacking trips to come. If you want to use it on a daily basis, it will suffice, but my suggestions below will help you improve it. NOW FOR THE SUGGESTIONS THAT MAKE IT THE PERFECT BOTTLE FOR THE OUTDOORS AND EVERYDAY USE: LARGE REVIEW: br>br> br>I've been a fan of Nalgene products for as long as I've loved the outdoors (my entire life), and this bottle is the best! I bought one of these years ago and experienced the same problem as many other reviewers. It shattered the bottom when I dropped it once when it was fully loaded from waist height. I was devastated, but nalgene can't do anything wrong (and I don't think it was their fault because it's a big, heavy bottle when full, the plastic IS generally pretty durable, and there's a limit to materials engineering when making a bottle that costs only $10 - ($12), so I placed a second order. I took that one to Nepal to hike Base Camp Everest, then used it to camp all over the west coast for a few years before losing it. I couldn't believe my eyes. br>I just got this bottle again, and this time I decided to go all out!br>I paired it with:
- RUBBER BOOT (to protect it from being scratched and to prevent it from shattering if I drop it). Mine doesn't fit perfectly, but I'm sure you can find one that does, and mine works fine for what it's supposed to do (i. e. , it doesn't cause the bottle to tip or anything)br>- STRAW LID (makes it more convenient for everyday use and easier to drink from while on the go)br>- HANDLE WITH PARACORD (This is a large bottle that can become heavy and awkward to carry when fully loaded. Plus, the handle'sbr> plastic ring has a loophole through which I can attach a round key chain, which has a tile sticker on it (details to follow)br>- TILE STICKER TRACKER (not absolutely necessary, but I have a bad habit of losing things, and my nalgene water bottle has a lot of sentimental value to me because I carry it everywhere with me EVERY DAY, including hiking, backpacking, and so on, and I stick stickers from all the places I visit on it, so I don't want to lose it. br>br>These additions make it AWESOME for everyday use. I attached the tile sticker to the back of a round key ring with my college insignia on it, and the key ring to the paracord handle)br>br> I should be able to keep and use this bottle for years before retiring it to my other nalgene bottles, which hold far too many memories and are far too valuable to risk losing on a daily basis. This is a simple, timeless bottle that will last for the rest of your life if you want it to and will not dent if you treat it like another bandwagon, made-in-China bottle. Hydro*lask is a brand of water bottle made in China that I am familiar with. br>Except for the college keychain, all of the bottle's accessories are listed on a public list on my profile called "The Perfect Water Bottle. " I'll also attach a photo of the kitted out bottle (pretty rugged looking if I do say so) and me hiking BCE with this exact bottle (the old one). br>Also attached to the review is a photo of the kitted out bottle (pretty rugged looking if I do say so) and me with this exact bottle (the old one). br>br>All right, that's the end of the long review. GET A BOTTLE OF WATER!.
