Despite it saying "14 oz" on the box, my Keurig filled the mug all the way to the rim when I set it for 12 ounces (so much so that the lid wouldn't fit without spilling). As a result, I received a 12 oz mug and was expecting a 14 oz one, hence the three stars, given that I paid for a 14 oz one. I found this mug to be good looking, durable, and well designed. Instead of paying $30 for a Yeti mug, I bought this one. This is a sleek design and I appreciate the simplicity of it I guess feeling "manly" is a good thing. The only thing this mug boasts is PROS. You have to push the lid into the mug rather than screwing it in, but it is still Rubberized plates on the bottom give it a bit of an anti-slip feel There is also a slip, which is nice. One of the best parts of this is the ability to adjust the airflow on the lid, which ensures liquids flow out easily. The vent hole in most insulated mugs is too small, which makes drinking coffee or liquids difficult. Occasionally, opening the mouth too quickly when the coffee comes out quickly burns my mouth.

This cup is incredible! I love it so much. Cold coffee is my least favorite beverage and that was my main reason to try heats your coffee to the perfect temperature for a long time, long enough to finish every cup and still remain The only thing I don't like about it is the handle which is a bit awkward. However, I would definitely recommend it since it is spill proof. In addition, it has a slide button on the lid that can be used to control the output speed.

The card arrived in a manila envelope and had two I could not return it for Coronavirus and didn't want to go to UPS store to return it, so the cup has two dents and I love it so much, but so sorry it has such a blemish. It's still a neat mug, though! As I said I'll live with it. It was on the bottom part, so my rating was originally 1 star but I changed it to 5 star since everything else is perfect.

My favorite part of this cup is the handle. The reason I purchased was because I already had a Reduce mug and wanted to add to my collection. With the gray lid of this cup, I don't see as many coffee stains around the seal as I did with my previous mug's clear lid. There is also an adjustable flow feature to make drinking more comfortable.

The insulated mug I bought initially sounded perfect, but after three days I realized it did not withstand even two hours of drinking hot drinks and the slide to control the pour stopped working, so whenever I took a sip, my cup slid back to its I still find it to be a great mug, and it keeps my coffee hot for a period of time, but not as long as I would have liked, since I tend to sip throughout the day.

I find that when we are traveling or camping, which we do a lot of, my coffee cools down very quickly.
