My pantry is one big cupboard with deep shelves and no built-ins to keep things organized. Instead, I have one big cupboard with food storage. Even though I plan to remodel eventually, the place was such a disorganized mess that I couldn't stand it any longer and ordered MDesign bins of various sizes. In addition to putting your old things away, you should reorganize your food storage. You should use bins for large food categories, and small bins for snacks and other items that were being buried under other items.
I bought a couple of these 4-packs and I'm really happy with them A set of compartment MDesign bins to stack on top of my big container. This kind of container is great for small items such as cocoa and instant breakfast packs. But it's also perfect for snacks such as granola bars and dried fruit. These small plastic containers do the job well and are durable. My cupboard shelves are extra tall, so I use this space to organize the extra height I have. They are lightweight, stack easily, and are an orderly way to utilize the extra space I have. bins do not have handles and are easy to organize and maneuver since they are smaller in size. I prefer them over the clear ones since it is easier to see everything, but I have added pantry labels as well. I'm informed by MDesign customer service that some styles of smaller divided MDesign bins (and the other bins I bought) are made elsewhere, although I bought the smaller divided MDesign bins from the company that is made in the USA. It's best to get in touch with the company if that is important to you. It looks as though my bins arrived in perfect condition, but I had to wash them initially since they were just hand wash only. I am purchasing more of these bins for a narrow cupboard where I store spice jars. This is a great product. I give it five.
Food organization was not part of my order. It will be used to organize my face masks in my car, so I can have them whenever I need them. In addition to being the perfect size for keeping my masks separate, it prevents contamination of one mask with another mask if I just wore one into a store.
