Costco is where I buy my sugar, so this is the biggest jar I have. This can hold my 10 lb bag filled a bit over 2 times, but I don't fill it to the top of it. I allow space between the scoop and the top of the bag for moving it. The sugar and creamer dispenser I use is one of mine To go with my coffee, I'll use one for creamer. I would give it a 4 out of 5 These are so easy to use, clean and store, and a 5 lb bag should be sufficient. I will be buying more, they're easy and convenient to clean. There's just something about these that I find compelling. It's true there are a lot of knockoff containers out there, but they can't compare with what we manufacture. The ease with which they can be grabbed and taken with you is so great. All my needs are met by them.
Several of the gray seals were stretched out after two days. You can see them falling out whenever you open these canisters. I ordered twenty of these in all different sizes to use for loose leaf tea at our office. Never in my life have I been disappointed in Oxo products like this. My next step is to work out how to get back. cannot purchase replacement lids for these containers. One of the ones I received also did not have a I received my money back but would really like it.
As an 8-year-old, I am studying Math and Science. It is so convenient to get a snack in a jar when I am hungry since all I have to do is open the jar. With a push button, you can open them and no twisting is necessary. All the contents of these containers are kept The pantry is where my mother keeps them.
In general, I'm extremely pleased with it, but it isn't quite as big as I expected and you have to allow a decent amount of room at the opening so that the 'POP' mechanism can engage properly, which reduces the internal storage capacity. Rather than buying the larger one, I intend to use this one for human treats instead of the larger one for dog Although I have not eaten out of them, I can't say how fresh the food inside is - since I haven't eaten anything out of them. Even though my dogs seem to think that there's nothing wrong with the milk bones I've stored there, they do lick their own bottoms so I don't take their opinions too seriously.
That's all right. To be honest, I will tell it like it is. As much as I wanted a glass bottom, I could not find it. There is plastic in it, however. The glass shown here is not the real deal. My guess is that it will be okay. When you push the center button, the lid will pop up, and you will need to push it again to close it. Easy as pie. To clean the lid, you need to take it apart I know it's a hassle to do that. It's not a deal breaker, but it's worth mentioning. My only reason for giving this item 1 star is because I did not receive the damned lid with the item. Don't you think that defeats the whole concept of having it be "airtight"?.
I think it is a great product, but it did not arrive with a lid, so I am not sure how well it works. The Amazon website is being replaced, and I want this information to be passed on to others. It seems strange to me that other reviews claim that they arrived without a lid, but be aware that this may be the case for you.
Also, it would be easy to use for the rest of the world. As far as I'm concerned, I didn't find the price to be unreasonable considering what I was getting and how it did all of those things. In light of my purchase of this, I have been looking around my kitchen for other things that may benefit from this type of product. It is true that I did not purchase this specific item (although I did not require ) I did order two different sizes of OXO airtight containers for my kitchen use. Certainly, I can see where they might be helpful elsewhere, but you have to ask what your needs are first.
