"Pou" is a word I have never heard of. The baskets are metal and attach to the shelf beneath. As long as your shelf is strong, and your plates aren't too heavy (like really heavy on their own), then I believe that it should hold up just fine. I don't know if that's what you mean though, since I was just
simply need to put it on the shelf and move it to the place you want it to be. There is no need to use any tools
The basket has squares that are open at the bottom. It's the flat objects recipe boo, towels and dryer sheets are what I put in mine. No clutter to get lost! Thank you for your help!

Black is the color I purchased in both sizes. I had previously purchased this item from another company in white but decided to go with I am disappointed. Then they called it flimsy and even worse, they called it There are no people inside. Three days have gone by since they said they would get back to me in a few minutes. My warranty application keeps getting rejected. I tried to complete it several times but keep getting the same error. If you don't like the brand, please opt for another one. And so far, they haven't responded after numerous attempts. No assembly is required since it is easy to assemble.
Now I have space on my counter A cracker drawer holds crackers and freezer bags, a plastic bag drawer holds freezer bags, a foil drawer holds foil and wax paper, and a junk drawer holds everything else. I consider this to be one of the best stress relievers I have purchased. In order for a kitchen to be calm, there has to be counter space.
I anticipated more storage capacity, but the metal that holds the shelf is very thin and weak and fails to hold the weight of the unit. The product could be made better if it were a bit thicker and had more support on the stoppers.
It took me a while to measure. It is stated that there are nine items in the basket. There is space for 9 people in my space that is 3" deep. Since I was 5” tall, I thought I was doing well! Due to the lack of notice in the listing, the top is nine inches deep instead of eight inches. So, I am unable to use this basket due to its size of 8".
This shelf hook is sturdy, requires no assembly, and hooks right onto existing shelves. I like it!.
Used one in the kitchen for my cookbooks and microfiber dust mop heads. Fits perfectly in what I need for my microfiber dust mop heads, hand towels and small area rugs. Looks great! I love their style!.

We'd need a latching mechanism or something to prevent the door from closing. I pull things out from the shelf like bread, and they fall off the shelf. Other than that, they do what they need to do.
