If they are not hung, the baskets are tucked inside one another. Despite the fact that they shrink, they do not "collapse." While the chain is fine for strength, it gets tangled when suspended, which results in the basket looking uneven. If you want to prevent this from happening, I recommend a basket whose chains are permanently attached to a connector. In spite of its ability to twist, the connector is what causes the chain to lengthen and shorten when items are removed and added. As of right now, I have 3 potatoes and 2 dozen eggs in one basket and it shows no sign of It works best to use a 6" plant hook from the Dollar Store and screw it into a wall. It doesn't work on the ceiling.
From the hanging point of the S hook to the base of the third basket, it is about 31 inches.
imagine that would be the case, just take off the basket at the bottom. The one I have is great!
This would not be useful as a plant hanger because it is shallow. Its bottom surface is about 5 inches wide and its top surface 4 inches wide. Its circle diameters are 11, 9, and 7, which is a rough estimate, but I doubt that these would be good The ETA is In another answer to this question, it was stated that the bottom diameter was 5 is incorrect, and it can't even be a diameter because the surface is not circular, it's square, so if the two lower ones are 5X5, and the top one is 4X4, then they're identical

This hanging basket fits nicely in our little kitchen to display fruit. I hung it up by the stairs so the boys could get to it easily.
Despite the fact that it's functional, it's almost impossible to get the hanging baskets exactly on top of As far as I'm concerned, it would have rated better if it were properly constructed. It's a hassle to deal with this, My OCD got the better of me, so I edited it. Chains that attach to the bottom and middle baskets should be spaced every 13 spaces, and chains that attach to the smallest top basket should be spaced After attaching the clips to the chain every 10 links, count up until you reach the top. When that time comes, it will already be too late.
We bought it to free up space in the basement of our Then, I set up the ceiling hanging gear that I got from a local hardware store. It's been loaded with apples, bananas, oranges, and grapefruit all at the same time, so I'd probably not apply a lot of weight to it. It is made of cheaply-made chain, so I wouldn't want to apply much weight to it. In order to allow the fruit to be placed in the baskets, I had to adjust the hooks. My meaning is that the hooks have been adjusted to be more like carabiners that have been pinched in about a quarter of an inch. It may be called a squid, but I don't know what it is called by experts. In order to get the basket wire into the smaller hook part (past the pinched off portion) I had to rotate the hooks so that the wire on each basket was resting in the bottom of the very larger hook portion, while the wire of the smaller hook portion The distinction between the two is merely a matter of semantics. It may be that some people had problems with their baskets tipped because they neglected to rotate the hooks of their baskets, which caused the baskets to tilt. In this scenario, the weight of the fruit, along with the tilted end, created an overturning moment, or rotation, causing the fruit to fall. This is just speculation on my part, since I have not encountered any issues with fruit on the floor or otherwise.
It's the same for all of them. If it's too heavy, I would not load it up. You will need a hook to hang it to the ceiling, or to mount it out of the way. This container has a hook at the top, but you will need to buy one if you want to hang it into the ceiling. Hanging it from the wall with a flower basket hook, mine does just that. The ceiling of my room has a drop so I'm unable to hang it As a result of all the weight from the fruit, you will want to ensure the screw is fixed to a stud.
There is a problem with the part for attaching the basket to the chain, so they don't sit correctly. What do you think of attaching them with a simple loop? I assume this attachment was intended to be adjustable so that the space between each basket could be adjusted. In terms of the steel, it has hardened over time and you are barely able to maneuver it to adjust. Also, the chain never fits into the hardware so the baskets are not laid Instead of attempting to move the basket, I decided to just use it. I don't like it, but will keep using it at least until I find something better.
The fruit basket I have been searching for has been very small, so it is difficult to put it on the wall. Although I'd have preferred a tiered system and ideally a bronze or gold one, I was able to get this one at a good price as a test run and I'm sure it will be a pretty good option over time. It is a kind of metal clip for crafts that is usually used for crafts, but it can be used to adjust spacing between baskets (or even remove one if needed). A chain will definitely be needed to raise this up to a normal height (at least for someone who is 5'7" and has regular ceilings). All in all, it gives me some counter space back and allows me to delight in the beauty of all my vegetables and fruits.
A couple of these were bought for the wife to hang over the sink, and she really likes The shelves seem to be a great way to keep things off the countertop, but still within My definition of heavy is not what they are I wouldn't recommend putting anything in them and I wouldn't recommend keeping cans of goods in them, but they do a good job at keeping small clutter out of the way.
Silver is the color I ordered for this basket. As soon as I opened the baskets, there were rust spots on the chains and baskets. It does not seem like the chains line up perfectly no matter how they are placed, leaving the baskets hanging unevenly, but it may be able to handle A pineapple, a bunch of limes, and about four bananas are currently found in the bottom basket. Peppers and garlic are stuffed into the middle basket. There are about 4 lbs of coffee in the basket at the top. There's a decent amount of space on the bottom of the rack, and it folds flat when not in use, making it an invaluable item to have if you wish to free up counter space in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. All in all, I would highly Thanks for taking the time to read my review. I hope you found it.
