This vendor is not a seller that should be trusted, based on my experience. I now have a dispenser that I bought two weeks ago and returned to the store after my wife did not like it. A total of $68 was charged for shipping cost and restocking fee. I asked them for a refund of $00, but they only refunded me The store does not accept defective items for return they only do exchanges.

Normally, I would not write a 1 star review but this time The product was badly dented when it arrived. The $150 I spent on this is the worst $150 I have.
I'm very disappointed for money spent of $150. In a nutshell, It is impossible to press the button for 100g.
It is an okay product. It is made of stainless steel clad plastic with plastic inside. The rest of what you would find on Amazon is made of I find the size and capacity to be just right.
Storage unit holds TWO large bags of rice in style! It looks great sitting on the The software is intuitive to use This product is a big hit with my wife!.

When delivered, there was a small dent on the box. This was not too big of a deal so I did not want to return it.
You don't have to assemble it. I expect it to last a long time and work properly. It fits perfectly in my kitchen because of the color and size.
