That paper towel holder is terrific! You can pull on the roll and it won't slide across the counter. The base is weighted to keep it from sliding. Due to its location next to a sink and getting splashed with water, our old one started rusting after only a few months. For this reason, we ordered this one. Keep your paper towels in this holder near the sink if you keep them close to it!.

This is a great paper towel holder if your kitchen fixtures have a black finish

A new apartment I just moved into has black dining room furniture and black appliances in the kitchen (black faucet, black gas range). This is for heavy duty jobs

No matter the size of the roll, it will fit! There is no better paper towel holder than this. Everything I was looking for was in this article. When it comes to rolling off a paper towel, it has a heavy, weighted base that does not wobble. With its basic design and no tension holder, the paper towel can be easily retrieved with just one hand. The base is FLAT and unraised, so it is easy to grab paper towels with one hand. No matter how wide a roll is, it can be held in place with no problem! They fit perfectly on these. I use commercial paper towel rolls that have a diameter of 7 inches. Since the flat base allows larger rolls to be used, they will also work. The stainless steel finish is very nice, and the base is very heavy and slip resistant. On the bottom are rubber pads that provide resistance.

It was not long enough to screw in the provided screw. My next step was to assemble the screw and pole, and then attach the bottom base. A very strong and sturdy PT holder

This is so cool. I love it. One reviewer had indicated that this was too large, though when you consider the size of paper towel brands like BOUNTY, this is the perfect size. I was using one with a skirt around the bottom, and it was too large to fit the paper towels in. Before we could put it on the holder, I had to wait until almost half of the roll had been used up. It is really strong, and that is what I love about it. Taking out my paper and ripping one sheet off is easy because the holder does not move across the counter. It is weighted, so it is easy to put It has a beautiful color as well.

There is too much space at the base
