The tray has a dualistic look to it which I particularly like. A simple folding mechanism makes it easy to fold the legs under the tray. The folds of the legs do not show any bulges The drinks may be held atop the table and rock or spill, thus removing any risk of spillage. This rug had been spilled with beet juice [one of the toughest stains to remove]. I was able to clean it up easily and it didn't leave any stains. The space around the legs is adequate when the legs are extended too, since I have thick thighs. What a surprise! By the way. I love the shade of blue in this picture.
Having my mother feed my bed-ridden father provides me with the opportunity to get this tray. The woman assists him when eating, so this is extremely helpful for her.
They are very handy and served the purpose I had in mind for buying them for my daughter who just had surgery. It arrived 2 days before scheduled intact and well protected to prevent.
