As long as I hear back from the seller, I will give the seller 4 stars. There are a couple of pieces missing from this but it is just what we were looking for to organize all our cleaning products, extra sponges, sprays, etc under our kitchen sink. Since all the supplies are essentially tall, the adjustable height is useful, but it is not vital in this case. I used a 2 and it took me about 10 minutes to put it together. An additional 5" drywall screw is necessary to secure it to the cabinet base, making it more sturdy and In this case, it came missing the 4 screws that keep the drawer baskets from falling out all the way- I dropped the extra screws from the rail assembly into the holes intended for the missing screws, but there were still extra My review will be revised if and when I hear back from the A quick update A representative from the company has contacted us and is sending the missing screws and plugs for the rails that are supposed to prevent the drawers from pulling out all the way. I find this rack and storage solution to be very useful!.
I found this to be easy to put together and very sturdy, but it is a bit smaller than I expected. Since this storage unit was advertised as bathroom storage, I assumed it would fit cleaner bottles like toilet bowl cleaner, Windex, and a variety of other standard-size bottles. As you can see from the picture, the bottles don't fit on the bottom when I put the top drawer on the highest setting, and I don't want heavy bottles on the top so that it becomes Nonetheless, it isn't a total loss, since there are other things I can store in it. It just wasn't what I expected.
I just updated This is something I did not expect the seller reached out to me with an apology for the confusion with the assembly instructions and hardware provided and without even asking they also provided me with a credit for the inconvenience. This still does not resolve my inability to use the item in my bathroom as I had hoped (please be sure to measure before ordering. . . I should have), but I am using it under my kitchen sink with some adjustments to hardware and wanted all of you to know how wonderful the customer service was. In light of that, I am updating my recommendation from one star to four stars. My original plan was to use it under the vanity in my bathroom, but it did not fit, so I placed it under the sink in my kitchen I expected a lot more from it. It works ok but isn't as sturdy as I thought. Although the instructions did not correspond to the hardware that was sent, assembly was relatively easy. After I received the item, the seller sent me an email explaining that I had made an error, but the use of the hardware now is a major factor as to why it isn't lasting as long.
I love things that slide and hold crap, and this one does just that. Despite the fact that the last screw had to be positioned in the wrong hole, I cannot complain. In response to hearing me completely cursing an inanimate object, my husband used force to step in and end the argument. In the end, he decided to take a completely different approach to the damn thing after discussing all the ways I tried to fix it. Blunt force, pure and simple. It took about an hour, lots of sweat and tears, plus the kids learning some colorful words, but I have a bin that slides under my sink and holds things. Please be aware that this product can create thoughts of rage and harm while it is being assembled. Be blessed with the power of the force.
Having said that, I like that it comes with protective liners for the baskets.
I found assembling the product to be very straightforward. I think it would be sturdy, but it turned out to be not so durable. So instead of using it for its intended purpose, I'm reusing it to organize my kitchen dishcloths, dish towels,.
Some cleaning products do not fit my spray bottles because some are just taller, but most of the other things do.
My kitchen sink is too small to fit it under. Under the sink in the guest bathroom, I put it. Face cloths, hand towels, soap dispensers, etc. fit perfectly into these cubes.
