I was able to put it in the dishwasher without difficulty. This is the top shelf. I, on the other hand, usually just hand-wash it.

We recently replaced our bathroom sinks and counter tops, and it seemed like a good time to add these to both sinks since they were easy to access with the counter removed. This little extra bit of storage for those everyday items is great, and the plastic tray is easy to clean. My toothbrush, toothpaste, and brush are kept in my bag, while the better half's toothbrush, toothpaste, and brush are kept in his bag. He had razor blades in his mouth. However, I believe that installing this with the sinks and counters in place would be difficult!.
Two screws were included in the package. We had the hardware installed in our summer home when our bathroom was renovated, but we didn't have time to order and install a tray before we left, so I did it this year. If you leave some space between the screws, it will be easier to tighten them. You can easily clean the tray by sliding it out.
It's simple to put together, but you'll need a stubby or offset screwdriver.
I got a soiled, used shelf in the mail. During a pandemic, this is an absolute no-no.
I had a metal version of one of these, but it rusted away. The ones made of plastic are my favorites. When I renovated my bathroom, I put one in the vanity. It's where I keep my sink and shower cleaning sponges. These are a lot easier to put in before the countertop and sink. For the convenience, the cost was well worth it.
I was concerned that the screw holes would not line up, but it appears that this is a common problem. These were a perfect replacement for mine, which were 21 years old.
The first installation took a long time because we didn't know what we were doing and didn't want to ruin our cabinets. We still have two more drawers to install, but they should be simple. Great product that we hope to use for many years.
I was planning on building the shelf myself until I came across these. In the end, I prefer these to what I had planned. They will be easier to maintain due to the fact that they are made of plastic.
