Questions & Answers

(Placing the hinges in the design and trying to figure out the tray size) How much space is necessary for the hinges?

A 30" cabinet with 3/4" sidewalls needs an opening size of 28". For example, if you have a 30" cabinet and you have 1" sidewalls, this means the hinges need 1" of space each. There is a difference of 2", so your tray should be 26 inches. We recommend a 5" tray or the largest tray that does not exceed 5" in length.

Does the hinge that comes with the tip out tray serve as a stop or will I need to order safety stops so that it doesn't slam shut ?

If you want the stops to stop, you must order them. Three quarters to four quarters are recommended An inch of self-expression It is recommended that you use Round Felt Pads so that your cabinet is better protected.

Are the 25 inch trays themselves 25 inches in size or do they fit an opening 25 inches in size?

On this 25 inch shelf, is the screw spacing between each screw 1 inch apart? As I try to replace a tray that broke, I need something that has screws spaced 25 inches apart but can be 33 inches wide to fill the

This was a great product
4/5

I just installed it on a 30" base cabinet I converted to It is recommended that you measure the opening before you buy the slider and allow a minimum of one inch on both sides (27 inches spacing). I can confirm that both the tray and hinges look just like the pictures. Initially, I expected them to be thinner, but they're thicker than I A screw set and a tool set are included in For the hinges, the mounting holes are counter-sunk. For the tray and face plate, both mounting holes are rounded. A blue countersink is used. It has instructions in four languages and tons of words. The pictures do most of the work, but it doesn't really help with installation. It is best to cut a block as support for the backend screw holes when installing on frames. thread your screw through the hinge, the block, and into the plywood side.

First, install your hinges, then use tape and spacers above your doors to align where the screws for the arms should go. This is a very easy to install application. I found it difficult to read through the instructions.

I am looking forward to receiving all the pieces of the puzzle to make this a great product! The product is sturdy and fully functional, however, it would be nice if the instructions as well as the template came with the items
3/5

My husband was all set to install, but all we received was the drawer, shelf, My search for instructions led me to an instructional how-to Our solution was to go to YouTube, but we only got half of what we need to install the drawer from that video. Without the template and instructions, the installation cannot be accomplished. In this case, either I need them sent to me, or they will be returned.

It's a good idea to update your kitchen
5/5

In the midst of refinishing 1980's cabinets in our kitchen, I purchased a tip out tray to give the space a more modern Although the instructions are confusing, you can figure it out pretty easily on your own (I only had to drill a few Voici a couple of helpful hints Install the hinges to the cabinet box, then attach them to the drawer front. Remove the springs from the hinges as you are installing them. In addition to moving the tray down, if there is enough space, I would recommend moving the tray down half a degree. Among other instructions, I read to mark a line 1/8" down from the top, place the top of the tray there, and mark the holes for the screws that hold it in place. When I tried to close the door with it installed at that measurement, the sponge got jammed and the door wouldn't close. Another half inch down and it will work perfectly in any kitchen! This is an excellent addition to your project and will help bring it up to date.

Bring a little life to your cabinets
5/5

The cabinetry, bookshelves, built-ins in our current house as well as some small buildings and other work have been done by me, which I consider to be a good indication that I am a competent carpenter You can do the projects yourself. Our main floor powder room was recently redone and we decided to build our own "custom" vanity rather than buy one from a big box store. Does there ever come a time when too much storage becomes problematic? There's no doubt about it, the obvious answer is "NO!" make the vanity a functional piece, we decided to put a removable tip out tray on it. A Rev-A-Matic was purchased by our company It's a stainless version of a shelf 25". It was delivered promptly and on time. There were all the pieces, instructions, and hardware in the package, and it was straightforward to install. We chose the face frame installation which was simple, required minimal tools, and works great. The 25" tray provides ample storage for bandages, sponges, antiseptics, etc. It seems a growing family has to do so much with so many things. This product is for sale It will be something you'll never forget.

The screen is too small to do anything useful with it
3/5

It is so narrow that nothing fits inside. The sponge might be a good choice. The only thing I have left to say is that. My impression of the product is that it is very cheap and really not worth the price.

They've worked well for 7 years and are still going strong
5/5

However, they can be a bit laborious to install, depending on the space you have available. It isn't so bad as long as you follow the directions. I am very pleased with the outcome. There are a lot of benefits to these. There are pretty strong springs here so it may be necessary to use You may also want to put little rubber bumpers on the wheels. I have used these for about 7 years without any problems and don't think I'll consider them obsolete any time soon. It is quite shallow on the open side, so some items might fly off when closing.

An excellent way to utilize space that would otherwise be wasted
4/5

With this shelf you'll have everything you need to attach it to the drawer face directly in front of the sink that's normally reserved for decorative purposes. It comes with both hinges and screws required to install the shelf properly. In addition to providing a useful hiding place for extra sponges and brushes, this shelf is well made. My only reason for giving it one star is because the instructions printed were not clearly visible (the quality of the print Whatever the case may be, figuring it out was not difficult. It's easy to turn your storage space into a useful project with just a few simple tools.
