Is there a set that includes two 11" plastic trays?

Yes, there are two trays and four hinges included. Be careful with the measurements; the trays are 2" deep, which is fine if the tray opening isn't very deep, but the hinges are almost 3" deep when closed, defeating the purpose of the shallow trays. Because the hinges would not work under the kitchen sink, I ended up using them under two bathroom sinks.

Great for shallow tray requirements, comes with everything you need to make two false fronts, and is simple to put together

Because of the sink that had been installed, I needed shallow trays, and this kit was perfect. To begin with, it includes two pairs of hinges, allowing you to make two false fronts. I was unsure based on the description. I thought it was simple to set up, and it took me about 15 minutes to complete both tasks. The fact that the hinges can be adjusted to limit the amount of tilt is appealing to me. It snaps shut because the springs are a little tight, but I don't mind.

Installing was a challenge for me

Following the directions was difficult for me. In a pre- With the counter top not in place, it might have been easier to install. However, I was having trouble finding space for the tools as it was. I LOVED THEM AFTER I HAD THEM IN PLACE.
