From reading reviews of others who have bought this tray, the majority of them bought it for the same reason as me. A drawer with the same width as ours fit perfectly in this box. The drawers in our house are quite long, so there is quite a bit of space above the cutlery tray, but this tray comes with foam feet at the bottom that ensure it doesn't slide when you open or close the drawer. It stays in place when we open the drawer it does not move around! This tray is the perfect choice for such a feature. I also like the way the tray looks, because it gives the drawer a neat and clean appearance!.
Honestly, I really like this one, the only issue I have is that my knives won't fit into it. There is about half an inch too much length in them. It's not like they are my every day knives, so it's not important. That one is the same size as the other one and the knives fit in it, too. I like this basket because if any crumbs get in it as long as you wipe the drawer it stays clean.
Based on further examination of the item description, it states there is only It would be useful to describe the title in more detail, but I feel the title is misleading. We like the item and I am glad my butter knives fit. Some of the pictures showed knives that didn't work.
I bought this because it was reported that it did not move around in the drawer. Mesh was a good choice for me. It always seemed like there were pieces of dirt in the slots when I used a plastic one. According to the description, it is made of metal, but it appears to have some kind of plastic coating. The color grey does not appeal to me, but maybe I'll paint it.

I like that it fits perfectly in my 15" base cabinet drawer. It is large enough to fit sixteen dinner settings. My silverware drawer was downsized due to the installation of the dishwasher we did when we renovated our kitchen. There was no cutlery tray that had the space and would hold 16 place settings, but I did eventually find one that fit. Thanks for the purchase. I am very pleased with it.
An utensil caddy couldn't be fit into the drawer because it was too small. Life could have been so much easier with this caddy. This is a highly recommended product.
