It's more than 18 inches long from front to back. it is not 17 as stated
Before placing an order, I recommend double-checking the height. I didn't because I assumed it would be the same as the non-expanding trays, but it isn't. These trays are designed to hold one or two items per section and are extremely shallow.
It has a 13 to 17-inch range of adjustment. The width is 4 inches.
5 inches in the main area and 1 inch elsewhere On both sides, it measures 7 inches.

I was greeted with a rancid, acrid odor as soon as I opened the plastic. Closer inspection revealed that the thing was crawling with small tan bugs! DISGUSTED is the word that comes to mind. I threw it outside right away and will return it the next day. BEWARE OF THE BUYER.
This appears to be REAL BAMBOO in its purest form. Purchase it as soon as possible. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't open to its full potential (none of these do) and that it is much shallower than it appears in their photo. What you see is the extent to which they open. Because of the low price, I expected it to be laminated after reading reviews complaining about it being laminated. br>It has the brand "utopia kitchen" carved on the bottom side.
For years, my cutlery has been rattling around in a barren wasteland between the tool tray's edge and the drawer's sides. No longer do the kitchen tongs or scissors wedge themselves between the tray and the upper lip of the cabinets, mocking me from within as I bang the drawer back and forth an inch, attempting to shake them loose. This tool tray is for adults who are ready to toss out that Old Thing or turn it into a Pinterest decoration because your wife says the ocean is too polluted with plastic. Make a fence for your daughter's dollhouse or a wind chime out of your old cutlery tray; I don't care; just get this expandable one and you'll feel a rush of middle-aged bliss when you don't see a stupid gap every time you go to grab a spoon for your midnight ice cream that you're sneaking because your wife has you on some sugar-free diet called "Trim Healthy Mama. The fact that they expand on both sides is fantastic, and they fit perfectly in my drawers! It's strong enough to hold a lot of stuff. I've already told my mother about them!.
utensil holder in the shape of an ass. I just got it yesterday, so I can't say much about how easy it is to clean or how long it will last, but the bamboo wood and construction feel very sturdy. This piece also fits perfectly in my utensil drawer thanks to the slide out, expanding drawers. This means that when I open the drawer, my belongings will not slide around. There will be no more cheap plastic drawers!.
I was looking for a newer, more adaptable way to organize our silverware drawer, and this one worked out perfectly. The numerous compartments, as well as the ability for the outside two to expand some of them, proved to be extremely useful. It appears to have been well-constructed - Only time will tell how well it holds up, cleans up, and so on. The only trays that expand are the two outer trays, and they only expand about as much as the other trays. I'm not sure why they restricted it to that width when the top and bottom connections overlap. For the larger trays, we would have liked a little more width because some of the larger serving utensils benefit from more width for better visibility.
This item was purchased as a gift for my mother, who had recently moved into a house with unusually long kitchen drawers and no silverware holder. It's attractive and functional, but after almost a year, it's beginning to show signs of wear. The extendable sides on the outside don't open as smoothly as they used to, and one of them has broken. Knives and flat silverware tend to slide under the wood that divides the sections, which can be inconvenient. Also, make sure your drawer is the right size! We had to put it in sideways because the first drawer was long across but too shallow to fit it facing out. My mother, on the other hand, has since moved and it now fits nicely in her standard-sized drawer. Overall, a good buy, but not for long-term use (5 years).
Great item for organizing all of your eating utensils and leaving room for extra gadgets if needed. It expands to allow you to choose how much space you want to use; I can now fit and organize all of my utensils in a single drawer. This is something I would strongly recommend, particularly to those who live in a small apartment.
