There was a problem with one of the pullout sections when it arrived. A small piece of wood on the side and top of the box, where it had been glued together, separated from the rest of the piece. have decided that returning it would be too much of a hassle and will have it fixed instead. As soon as the seller sent me an email The item's manufacturer e-mailed me suggesting I review it, and I responded with the problem and my concern that maybe they were not interested in my review. Despite repeated attempts to contact the seller, he did not reply. In the end, I bought some wood glue and attempted to repair the problem. In the end, I was able to glue the side piece together. The repaired side was impossible to attach to the main drawer insert after I tried to put it back on. There is a whole in the middle but it's not square, and it makes it difficult to insert the side. Moreover, there are two wood pieces glued to the inside of the side piece of the drawer, so it is difficult for the drawer to be inserted and slid onto the main piece. There is no reason to pay this much for this item. Almost the same item, but made by a different manufacturer, is available at WalMart for substantially less money. I saw a similar, but not exact, item for $7 at Aldi's. As is the case with both of the bamboos, this one is very similar to the others. More than three years have passed since we started using this! I really like it because it's durable and of high There are no splints, cracks, or breaks in it. With it's adjustable width, you can fit it to your individual preference (what you use in your kitchen and what silverware you have at home) and the size of your drawers.
