First of all, let me say thank you. Look for a shipping company that knows how to package and protect your items. As I read numerous reviews of products that were damaged in shipping, I was concerned this wine refrigerator would be damaged in transit. The parachutes had the ability to withstand landing, so it could have been parachuted. I am very pleased with the I did not find any damages or issues. I handled this with great care throughout. I was satisfied with the unit as it came with simple instructions to get it up and running (yes, holding the gaskets back while screwing in the door handles was a little complicated at first).
