A dual-paned glass door keeps the interior insulated, as well as protects your wine collection from UV light - UV light can damage the tannins and overall flavor of your wine if the glass is not UV-resistant.

A gentle LED light gently illuminates your collection when the energy-efficient LED light is turned on. Fluorescent bulbs will fade your labels and affect the taste of your food.

Rearrange the shelves so they can accommodate different bottle sizes using movable racks and easy-to-use touch controls. Questions & Answers

When you turn on and off the fridge repeatedly, it makes a clicking sound as though it is being repeatedly turned on and off. Does this have anything to do with the motor or the electrical system?

The same thing is happening to me. In the same way that the motor turns off when it reaches the set temperature, it seems like it is similar to a thermostat. It has not been an issue for me.

Do I have the option of keeping the light on all the time or for more than 10 minutes?

Whether or not to use the red or white section depends on your preference. What is the temperature of the room? Does it accommodate either temperature?

As far as I know, not yet. Red appears at the top and white appears at the bottom.

Cooling zones failed to be different due to a defect in the product. Support has been contacted twice, on both occasions the recording/response states they are busy due to COVID and will return my calls in the order in which they came. It is not possible to estimate if it will take hours, days, or The response to my email has been delayed for two days. The Amazon customer service team contacted me. They were able to reach someone on conference call when they called. A replacement is on the way from the company. It has worked perfectly since it was replaced. A better level of customer support would be useful.

This wine cooler had a nice size to suit our needs and was large enough to accommodate our available space. It was easy to figure out and use the temperature controls. Metal wire racks were not expensive looking, but that is what we paid for, and they fit the bottles well.

I have recently purchased this dual zone cooler, and it is impressively good for the price. I have been using it for several weeks, and it works well. The temperature was consistent in both zones. The only time I hear it is when the compressor briefly kicks on. In addition, it looks expensive. Taller bottles are a bit more challenging, but it still.

The product was damaged when it arrived

A huge gouge was visible on the side of the product when it arrived at our warehouse. The program appears to be working well. My requests for information regarding the damage haven't been returned by the seller. Buying this would not be a good idea. Despite the seller's lack of concern for damage, the item will arrive damaged and no response will be forthcoming.

There is no cooling and it is In a nutshell, Our vacation home had an older wine fridge that had stopped working, so we bought this one to replace it

After setting the temperature, it took a long time for the refrigerator to show it had reached its destination. We did not think the bottles were very cool at first, but after we left and came back to pick them up 4 days later, it did not keep the temperature we set, and it made a squeaky/screechy noise all the time.
