I think it is a very good product for the price and quality. If the pictures had not fooled me, I probably would have given it 5 stars. Its picture shows it standing upright, and I wondered if it would fit in my limited space since I have it upright. It took me a while to realize the cord in the back prevented it from doing so. It was impressive from the moment I plugged it in and turned it on. I like that it heats up quickly and has a large cooking area. It is as good, if not better, than what I have used in the past at a lower price.
In an attempt to use this product without prepping the surface with oil, I tried spraying it on without applying it to a flat surface It would be nice to have the "stick" feature. In the video, you can see that it works very well. Glad to see I no longer have to add unnecessary fat to my sandwiches!.
