About 2 inches are on the lower and outer pans. The pan is about 0.5cm deep, and the top and the bottom are similar sizes. The depth of the hole is 5 cm. A floating and adjustable upper pan is available. There are approximately 2 layers of thickness in total. It is between 5 and 3cm long.

Crepes are one of the hardest things for me to make. These are the only ones I seem to never be able to master. It finally allows me to make crepes that meet my family's standards (and I still have holes in a few, but they seem not to mind). I find this appliance to be especially helpful as my crepe batter contains gluten. Maybe this is why there are holes in the fabric.
The website says the product is 30 cm tall, but the model is 27 cm tall, making it difficult to turn foods that need to be flipped.

I make the first crepe on this machine every time and it always turns out great. The last crepe always turns out with holes in it after the batter clings to the crepe maker no longer.
