It's a bad idea for Kathy to answer that question. Upon reading the product description, I discovered it is compatible with induction. I copied it. Both the top and the bottom of the pot may be used as saute pans, or as stock pots, or both together may be used as a roaster comes with a rack which hangs from the edge of it so that products can drain into the bottom. Considering this item is made of stainless steel, I will order it because it is induction-compatible.

Since I have had a granite roaster for over 40 years, it has been a pleasure to have the deep enough for large poultry. Previously, I used an electric roaster, but I wanted something more substantial for gatherings with my family over the weekend. As soon as I saw this, the granite roaster went for a ride. I love stainless steel for cooking, but never have stainless install throughout my home. That needs to change, and I'm working on it. After I got this roaster, I was thrilled. I can easily fit eight pounds of beef roast, five pounds of carrots, and eight pounds of potatoes in there, as you can see in the photo, to feed more than a dozen adults. This is compared to the granite ones, which are much shallower. In addition, it's just a beautiful sight to see. The roaster is heavier than other models, but it is easier to lift because the handles are placed to allow for easy lifting. With this roaster, I'm just having a ball! The price is just right for what you get! I recommend you buy it!.
This cage would also be able to accommodate a bird weighing 18 pounds. I like the way it looks and how sturdy it is. I recommend this book highly!.
My favorite roasting pan ever. It works perfectly for my older double oven and I really appreciate the ovenfest handles. The weight is so much lighter as well! A beautiful piece of work. The best of both worlds. It is of high quality. In terms of a large roasting pan, you'll find it has everything you'd want.
It is a beautiful roaster (one of my guests talked about it) and versatile at the same time. Offset handles are actually much more convenient for moving from oven to table because it is easier to maneuver. The size is quite large as well I was looking for a roaster just like this.
It has been used quite a few times now, I'm in love with it. All the ingredients can be put in one pot and they can all be prepared at the same time!

The ergonomic design and fit and finish of this product are superb I made it. It is especially great to have the handle positioned so that you can easily place and remove the roaster without burning your hands! It is heavy and easy to clean, which makes it the ideal choice for any kitchen. The bird was 19 lbs and I cooked it for Christmas. A great help for removing birds from a pan without a mess! Fit fine and rack was a great tool to remove birds from a pan! In the roaster, after the turkey was cooked, I put the cover on it and made gravy. It was a great.
The pancakes are gorgeous, I love them! With a thicker construction of stainless steel, offset handles, and offset bowls, this roaster is perfect for a large meal. There's plenty of room here for everything you need to feed five big guys, not huge like the graniteware pan I have. This is perfect!.
I was horrified by the way that this was handled. It reeked of mold and when we opened it, it was covered in slime. This product has a mild odor in the inner packaging as well as in the actual stainless steel item itself. Feeling intimidated to use it.
