Questions & Answers
The most effective juicer is one that you will actually use. br>Juicing MYTH 1: Make the BEST juice. It's pointless to ask who makes the "BEST" juice. I decided on the Juice Fountain Elite because it produces good (enough) juice quickly. My wife and I both work, so we don't have much time in the morning. Because you didn't have time to make the juice, any juice is better than none at all, and this juicer is FAST. Granted, I've been juicing for quite some time. My time from picking up the first carrot to cleaning the last cleaned part of the juicer takes 30 minutes by myself and 17 minutes with my wife.br>Remember, ANY fresh juice is better than no juice; my wife and I drink 1 liter of fresh juice every day. I don't make any kind of preparations ahead of time. I like to make juice because I think it oxidizes and loses its freshness. br>Juicing MYTH 2: You DO NOT drink freshly squeezed juice because it tastes good. You consume it because it is extremely beneficial to your health. Stop whining about the taste; beet greens are far superior to kale in terms of flavor and nutrition. br>Juicing MYTH 3: You don't need a lot of weird ingredients in your juice; you just need a good color balance. You'll need high-quality, affordable ingredients.br>Here's my recipe for fun: 4 carrots, 1 Granny Smith apple, 1 bunch of red beets WITH the greens, 1 bunch of cilantro, 1 lemon, ginger (thumb-sized). sized). Hint: When you're first starting out, go easy on the spicy ingredients like ginger and garlic. br>This is only my side of the story. Make your own, but juicing is a must!
I've had two other centrifugal juicers and an Omega 8006 masticating juicer in the past. My Omega was great, but I juice a lot. I had upgraded to a heavy-duty barrel and auger. I decided I needed something more durable after the end cap recently broke. Breville 800JEXL is what I got. The best decision I've ever made in terms of juicers. I got nearly twice as much juice out of it, and the pulp is much drier as well. Every day, I juice a 6 pound bag of carrots, so I know how much carrots are going in. My Omega used to give me a little more than a quart of juice. With the same 6 pound bag of carrots, I now get just under 2 quarts. I was in a hurry one day, so I pushed the carrots through a little faster, and I noticed more moisture in the pulp and a little less juice. Not rushing is key to getting the most juice out of your carrots. Centrifugal juicers are noisier than masticating juicers, but this one isn't too bad. The juice temperature may rise a smidgeon, indicating possible nutrient loss, but it is roughly the same as the masticating juicer, much to my surprise. I was looking for maximum juice, easy cleanup, and a quick fix. In comparison to my Omega 8006, this met all of my requirements, and I am much happier with the results. You can get a high-quality masticating juicer if you have several thousand dollars to spare, but they are still slow. This one is excellent value for money.
The juice was too strong for me after I put the pulp through. Due to its strong flavor, I only use a small amount of kale in my juice. I use one or two red beets, as well as their leaves, which are high in nutrients. Fresh turnip greens, as well as various types of lettuce and parsley, are also favorites of mine. I enjoy playing around with juices. Citrus rinds and tough stalks, such as those found in kale, are not juiced by me. Every other day, I juice a few granny Smith apples, a couple of grapefruit, and a couple of oranges to taste. Have fun!
The 800JEXL has a serious look and sound to it. 'Yeah,' you think (in an overly macho tone) when you see it. 'This thing is a juicer.' The BJE200XL, on the other hand, while I'm sure it works well for $100, it has a toy-like appearance with its circular window, and cleanup sounds like a pain. br> br>If you're going to buy a juicer, spend the money on fresh fruits and vegetables, and juice them, you might as well get the best model you can.

BREVILLE juicers are something I've used for a long time. This is the third or fourth time I've done something like this. I'm sorry to report that after owning this current juicer since JULY 2018 (and being away from home traveling), the time used has already taxed my juicer / juicer basket as the juicer spits juice out all along the top and drips down the collection container. BREVILLE only offers a phone number (no email) and they DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE nor CALL CUSTOMERS BACK when calling for warranty issues! In this case, there are 20 products that will not last four months!.
Let's start with a five-star rating and see what happens as we prepare our first beverage. br>br>Unboxing (see 7 photos) is the first step. br>br>Step 2: Examine. br>Built to last. br>br>Step 3: Clean. br>Only the top rack of the dishwasher has a heated dry option. Otherwise, you can use the lower rack. Hand washing is recommended because it is very easy to clean and dishwashers have a tendency to ruin the finish. br>br>Step 4: Juicebr>There are no leaks. For years, I relied on Jack LaLanne and other similar models. This feels like it belongs on a different plane. It's a lot easier to use. It's a lot easier to clean. It's a lot quieter (at low speeds). br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative Because the juicer compensates for slower speeds caused by harder vegetables like ginger and carrots by sending more power to speed up the unit as needed, I recommend using low speed. Leafy greens and very hard root vegetables were no problem to juice. High speeds are extremely loud, and they are likely to wake up the entire house. High speed creates a lot of air movement, which forces the juice back into the pitcher. br>br>Hint: if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "innov After each use, clean the filter basket thoroughly on both the front and back sides. Make sure there are no food particles left in the basket because they will dry like cement in the mesh. A heavy-duty scrub brush is included in the packaging, which was created especially for this purpose.
It is a GREAT juicer; the very least Breville can do is STOCK THE PART! BJE820XL/17 BJE820XL/17 BJE820XL/17 BJE820XL/17 B.
To begin, I'd like to state that I'm new to juicing and spent at least a month researching juicers before making a purchase. I had my heart set on a masticating juicer, but I made the mistake of buying a low-cost model on Amazon, which broke after only a few uses. Fortunately, Amazon has a great return policy and has made the process very simple. Now, let me share my thoughts on this juicer with you. I juiced a lot of vegetables, 2 pitchers (each with about 4 cups), and the pulp container was not even half full, yet there was no pulp in the juice! I've tried slow masticating juicers, and this is far superior. It's simple to assemble, disassemble, and clean! In every way, I adore it. Look it up before you believe that juice from slow juicers is better for you; I did, and it's not, as long as it's done quickly with a good juicer! In every way, I absolutely adore this juicer! I'll never go back to the cheaper ones (which are about the same price, oh brother!). ) or the pricey, time-consuming, and difficult-to-clean alternatives! I wish I'd known about this 20 years ago when I first started juicing!.
This is the first time I've tried juicing. I'm not sure what else I could have asked for. Setup is simple, and use and cleaning is a breeze. It appears to have sucked out as much juice as possible, as the insides are completely dry. I've had no problems so far, and I'm hoping that continues. So far, everything has gone well; now it just needs to hold up over time.
I chose the more expensive juicer and am happy I did. This is a strong juicer that doesn't falter when you add tough ingredients like ginger or sweat potatoes. I juice at least twice a week, and I make enough for my husband and me to last a couple of days, so I put a lot of things through it. I put a produce bag in the garbage bucket to make clean up a lot easier, and then I just toss it in my compost pile; I think the clean up is pretty simple considering how many moving parts there are. I believe it could all go in the dishwasher, but I prefer to wash everything by hand, which takes about 5 minutes.
It has made my life healthier and happier, and the customer service is second to none. By accident, I put the pusher in my dishwasher on high heat, and it expanded to the point where it no longer fit in the mouth. I contacted Customer Service, and they promptly replaced it at no cost. I've replaced my basket with this one, and it's fantastic. There isn't a single negative aspect to this. After years of daily use, it's still going strong. I wish all businesses and appliances operated in the same manner as this one.
