I was so thrilled with the outcome. It took almost a year to get it fixed, and I also discovered that the boiler was not working after a year. Now I cannot heat any longer. It seems like Zojirushi boilers aren't designed to last for more than one year, but my boiler lasted five years. The purchase was not a good one. In the future, we hope to improve customer service.
