Despite its simplicity, it has an incredible capacity to process food so quickly. You can easily clean up the program and the dice option is awesome! Although I bought the Cuisne attachment from WebstaurantStore, I did not pay much attention to it. I don't think it's compatible because the R2 dice and the R2N aren't the same units (the dice were just an option as an attachment). Needless to say, they charged me $365 as part of the $1,000 order. There will be a 30% restocking fee for a product that is 2 days old and still in the packaging. I would not recommend you giving up on Amazon as this other crap web retailer is not worth your time.

Excellent product, well worth the price! I wish I could give 10 stars for this product, it is excellent! yes, this has to be the best cutter and slicer I've ever purchased! It is a huge hit with my employees! Whenever I am in town I buy heads of cabbage and cauliflower to chop up and cook at You can dice vegetables just how you want them shredded spinach, sliced jalapenos, sliced onions, even diced The whole thing was so quiet, I was really shocked! It is simple to clean and simple to assemble

The internet is so It is no longer necessary for us to cry over the difficulty of cutting I am able to accomplish tasks in a blink of an eye. Cleanness is a big asset to this appliance, which, dear Lord, is one of my favorites. I usually use this as opposed to the Kitchenaid. It simplifies things so much when it comes to batch cooking or when I'm preparing food for our frequent get-togethers You've got a great style. There are meatballs. Veggies cut into slices. Onions chopped into small pieces. There are sauces. I bought it for a frivolous reason, but it was worth it more than I could have imagined.
