80 Watt/120 Volt/60Hz
I have only tried to cook cupcakes in this, however it gets hot enough to cook them in a fraction of the time (like 6 minutes), so I am guessing it could cook just about anything, the only hesitation I would have is the lack of drip trays for greasing. In general, we found this to be a great purchase!
My operating voltage is 120 volts, so you would have to pay attention to the electric voltage you are dealing with
Neither work both can be used. There does not appear to be an automatic timer or cut off, so it is necessary to monitor the cooking time by lifting the lid.

I have to keep an eye on this cupcake maker's speed because it cooks a lot faster than my old one, so I have to make sure they don't burn, and that is the only issue I have had so far. As far as the cupcake liners are concerned, I use a box cake mix and a full-sized box cake mix. Adding the liners and filling each cup about 3/4 full after letting the machine warm up, I watched the green indicator light turn on. For filling, I use a large ice cream scoop so they all come out the same size. The instructions say to bake 7-10 minutes at 350 degrees. I will be 10 minutes late. After the first batch, I kept them it for 7 minutes, and by that point the tops had already started to get a little cooked. So in the following batch, they were only cooked After I made each batch, I waited until the green light turned on before adding the next batch. When I noticed they were all done in 5 minutes, it made me realize you will need to watch them closely. There would be a bit of steam coming up from the back of them as I started to smell them. An indicator light on top and red and green lights on the side are all that is present on the machine. The machine is small, so it will not take up much room on your counter or in your cabinet. Its teal color is also pretty to look at. The effect of this machine is to brown the tops, something my other machine cannot do. The tops of my muffins never brown when I make them in my other one, and I love that. I have only used it to make cupcakes so far, but I am looking forward to making the next batch of muffins in it to find out how crispy the tops can be. The clean up is incredibly easy. Just wipe it with a paper towel, and you're done. When removing the cupcakes, I use a small silicon spatula so as not to damage The kitchen doesn't have to heat up a lot when you bake. It is surprisingly easy to freeze cake batter with our other machine, which makes it easy to make one or two cupcakes at a time. You can either keep it in a small Tupperware type container and scoop it out like ice cream, or store it in a freezer bag. It's just a matter of allowing the batter to defrost a few minutes more.
Update 11/28/16 The batter is finished baking now. My first attempt at baking blueberry muffins today was a success. There was a noticeable difference between the way the muffins browned on the left and right sides of the machine. Upon removal from the machine, they appeared to be done at 6 minutes, but when I opened them to add butter, they were still liquid inside? I put them back in and after 3 more minutes, they were all I had some browning issues, and when I fully baked them, they turned out a bit too dry. Despite how well this cupcake machine works, I decided to purchase a few more to give as gifts this year.
Buying this for our child, who loves doing work with the oven, but is afraid to do it on her own. She is passionate about baking and loves cupcakes. My wife and I thought this would be a better choice than an Easy Bake Oven, and I have been pleasantly surprised by how well it A few of her batches came out undercooked in the middle, but for the most part she just baked them for the full 10 minutes and they seem to have worked out fine. If you want the tops to fill the cavity completely, you have to fill the batter to the top of the cupcake liner (oh, we use liners all the time. It seems more like a muffin without a liner, but it's more like one without a Despite not having enough filling, they serve smaller cupcakes if they are not filled to that level. There are quite a few recipes that we have tried, and they all turn out the same.
This is one of my favorites in the kitchen! There are so many things we can do with this. As well as cinnamon rolls, cornbread muffins, banana bread muffins, pumpkin bread muffins, cupcakes and little breakfast egg muffins, we also offer cinnamon rolls. The time it takes for the temperature to rise is quick. This is an easy-to-clean product.
The sugar free cake mix I received today was just the thing I needed to make cupcakes. Before I invested time, effort, or ingredients in a homemade batch of batter, I wanted to test the maker first. The mix was a cheap, easy way to run tests and find out when to cook. For a little extra moisture, I always add a little extra oil. I added a small box of dry lemon jello mix and lemon extract to make it a bit more flavorful. I did a test run using paper cupcake liners. The unit was heated until the green light came on, then the liners were inserted, batter added, and the lid was closed. course, after the lid was opened the unit had to be reheated. As soon as the green light came on (again), I set the microwave to a 7 minute cook time. Other than the tops of the cupcakes getting a little hard, they came out fine. There were no uneven browning to be found on any of the 6 cupcake tops. Having cooled down for 5 minutes, I ran another batch with paper liners. This time, I ran for 6 minutes after the unit was warmed up. I still feel that the top is a little hard, but it is getting better.
Film liners were used for the final batch, and the results were also pleasing. It was a pleasure to eat moist cupcakes. My overall impression is that the unit and final result are satisfactory. Treats that are quick and easy to make A microwave can be used without using the energy of a conventional One additional observation I'd like to make would be that it seems redundant to heat the unit prior to filling the liners and closing the lid to have it preheat again once the liners are filled. I believe the next test I will perform is to skip preheating before loading the batter and just start the 5 minute timer once the batter is loaded and the green light comes on. Since the heat is losing while loading the batter into the liners, I believe I will skip preheating. When it comes to posting next, I will do so.
Easy to do and fast. The lid should be handled with care. My impression is that it seems loose. This will be a pleasure for you. The bottles didn't all fill up and I didn't have any.
What a great idea! I am married to a colleague of his One of the team members had been hired by the worker - During the building day, it was so much fun for him that night I ordered it. Having it plugged in and cooking as soon as we received it was such a great experience! To get a perfect shape, you need to fill the cups completely, and then watch the time for them to The first thing we did was eat some carrots. It was really yummy to eat the raisin cupcakes! Having just one or two on hand is great because I don't have to dirty a whole baking sheet or heat up the house 3) Living in Florida is a huge bonus!.
