Please join us! It was a very disappointing experience. This thing is basically a mixer, but I only used it for mixing protein powder with water. Push the button a few times, and the liquid emerges in a spout through the little sliding door cut into the top. I find this design VERY BAD. When much less than 12 ounces of liquid was used, it seemed to work better. I liked this thing but am sorry I didn't get to see it. The Bullet was pricey now, so we returned to the store and bought a more expensive one.
I bought this to replace my old one, which was the same model as the one Instead, I received a refurbished one when I thought I was getting a new one. As I compare it to my old one, the lid doesn't fit well and does not properly blend the ice. The situation is not good.
This is a sturdy looking product. A simple cleaning is required. The protein and fruit shakes I make with it are my favorites every day. Fast and easy to clean, it works well. As with an older model I had for a long time, I expect it to last for a long time as well. In addition to getting a better price through Amazon Warehouse, I also made an Amazon Smile donation when I made.
A second one was purchased after I loved it so much. The game is also a big hit with my daughter! This is an easy-to-clean product. The bullet is no match for this.
I use it to mix a protein shake with nuts and fruit in the morning. I find it works well for me.

It had just been reconditioned. We tried it, but it did not work. It was important to me that the product was new rather than used. Clearly, it wasn't being used, as the site didn't say so.
