I purchased a hand blender that obviously had been used before. It was immediately obvious when I opened the box that the blender had some fine specks on the top. When I pulled out the entire product, there were finger prints on the hand held part. The wrapping had been altered since it was used. This is so disappointing for me. There's no point in buying someone's used product I can go to a yard sale for it and get it for 10% of the price I paid. Having to return it would add to the inconvenience. I hate it.

That thing is awesome. I'm glad I bought it. Even though it is at least twice as much as some of the other products, it is definitely worth it if you consider what you get! Obviously, it's got a rechargeable battery so you don't have to worry about replacing batteries, and it charges quickly. Being cordless in the kitchen is a must for me, I don't want to accidentally get caught on something and then project my beans on the walls.
