Currently, I work in the oilfield as a mud engineer, and I use this as a vis / mud During graduations, the units of measurement are in ounces. Moreover, both the ml and the html files are my third purchase over the years, and they are still standing up under the abuse you can put them through in oilfields. I think your kitchen may hold up better than mine (would probably last longer in your home).
