These have a nice weight to them and are a good size; in the photo, they are compared to my standard size spoon and teaspoon. I'm glad I purchased them. They'll make a fantastic Thanksgiving side dish.

I needed serving utensils and was hoping to find some that matched our silverware, but I needed a set quickly. These are so perfect that I don't think I'll ever need to look for ones that match our silverware again. These are excellent. br>br> It's fantastic. So far, there has been no bending, despite my nephew digging out rock-hard ice cream with a spoon and my husband puncturing a bag of sweet potatoes with forks. As a result, the forks have become my preferred method of transportation. Sweet potato piercers are a type of piercer that is used to cut sweet potatoes. Yay for working hard and holding up, and yay for not having tuber problems with our regular forks! br>br>The handles are both functional and refreshingly simple. They look polished on their own and blend in well with our table/silverwars. This appears to be something that should be simple to locate, but it isn't. Think it doesn't matter if there are too many designs, handles that are too thin or don't allow for a good grip, don't hold enough, or are large enough to be wall art? A mound of mashed potatoes will be put to the test. It will persuade you to reconsider your position. br>br>Another advantage of their durability is that I don't have to use (dirty) other utensils to place food in take-out containers. Guests can be accommodated in your home with containers, and leftovers can be packaged up. These hold enough weight and are sturdy enough to get the job done quickly and effectively. Dishwasher safe is always a plus, and I've been putting these in the dishwasher on a regular basis for months and they're still looking brand new. My husband has the ability to scratch, chip, crack, scuff, and scuff anything, which is another testament to their quality. I swear he can rust plastic, which would be impressive if I didn't have to clean, repair, restore, prevent, or replace things.

I ordered these to serve as buffet items at a 'dressy-up' party. a 'casual' birthday celebration I didn't expect great quality for the price, but they're lovely and substantial, and they'd go with any other stainless/silver pattern. I only wish they were made of a higher grade of stainless (they're only 18/0), because when I wash them in the dishwasher (even with a rinse agent on heat dry), they dry with spots. It's not difficult to get rid of the blemishes, but a higher-grade stainless steel would be required. Nonetheless, I'm glad I bought them and plan to use them frequently for parties and holiday dinners.

I wanted a nice serving set because I was "hosting" my first Thanksgiving this year, like so many others. I set out to make eight dishes with great zeal, only to discover that I already had everything I needed. There are no utensils available for serving. I was on the fence about buying the set because it was $18. Then I noticed some at Bed, Bath, and Beyond for $5-$10 each. A utensil costs $10 each. So I went ahead and purchased them. They were a lot of fun. They're a good size, clearly larger than eating utensils but not quite as big as cooking utensils, and they feel solid in the hand. For the time being, I don't have much use for them, but when I can start hosting people again, I'm excited to show off my dishes with these elegant forks and spoons. whenever it happens to be.

It was a big package when it arrived - I then took the box from the shelf and opened it- The lustrous sheen of these utensils, combined with their substantial weight, ensured that they would remain attractive and durable for many years. These will be perfect for entertaining guests as well as daily use. This set of serving utensils is extremely useful!.

These are perfect serving pieces to match my Dansk tableware; they have great heft and balance, and are beautifully finished. The handles are three-dimensional. In cross-section, it is three-dimensional and oval. section (rather than being stamped and formed from a thin sheet of metal, as is the case with less expensive products). I am very happy with my purchase.

Now I'm on my way to getting my own. I've worked in kitchens for over 50 years, and these are the nicest and most durable serving spoons I've ever seen. I'm pretty sure you could chisel rock hard ice cream out of a container with a hammer without bending or chipping these because they're thick and heavy. Excellent finish, weight, and the type of thing that your guests will notice when they use them.

These were purchased for the holidays with my family at a great price. These are far superior to what I had anticipated. Before removing them from the dishwasher, they will need to be polished, which I would do anyway. They feel solid in your hand and are a good size, actually larger and more durable than the ones I bought from Target.
