The kit is missing several components. The oil brush, the triangle, the gunkan, and the niguiri maker are not included. I was very dissatisfied because I chose this kit over others because of the extra accessories.
I'm quite pleased with how my sushi turned out, especially considering it was my first attempt. Easy to follow instructions, nice rollers, and a razor-sharp knife that came in handy when cutting the thin top cuts. Overall, this set is a great value for the money; I made six large rolls for dinner tonight, and the set has already paid for itself when compared to what it would have cost in a restaurant!.
This is an excellent sushi-making kit. Since receiving it, we've made sushi twice, and it's been a lot of fun and easy for the whole family to make. We used the Saran-wrapped mats for easy cleaning and the ability to make rolls inside out, the molds, which work great, the knife, which is sharp and makes clean cuts- just wipe and wet as needed, and other kit pieces. Great for beginners, it's fun and easy to use, and it's already paid for itself!.

I'm not sure how they're going to make money off of it. The booklet is valuable in and of itself because it includes a recipe for sushi vinegar, which is an essential component of delicious sushi. Putting the rolls together is a breeze with the bazooka. The knife in this is excellent and simple to sharpen, as I discovered after using it for the first time. It includes two bamboo mats, a bamboo paddle and shaper, as well as a variety of molds that I haven't tried yet. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a high-quality item at a reasonable price.
