I purchased the all-black version, which is absolutely stunning. Not to mention the two plastic straws and interchangeable tops! I'm ecstatic to be helping the whales while also looking fabulous. I think I should ask for a commission on these sales because everyone at work wants one right now. Another great feature that I don't believe is mentioned in the description is that there is NO CONDENSATION AT ALL. I also left half an iced coffee WITH CUBES in here for 9 hours, and the cubes were still there and the coffee was still cold when I got home. ALSO, I have small hands, which makes it difficult for me to hold things, but the 16oz size is tall and slim, making it easy to carry and fit in small bags. 20/10.

The cup is insulated and easy to clean, and it has a sleek and cute design. However, after only a week with the cup, I screwed the lid on and it became stuck. The entire lid broke into two pieces when I tried to unscrew it! Because half of the lid is jammed into the cup, I can't even open it to use it without a lid. The stiffness of the lid should be addressed by the manufacturer, as the cup is not worth the price with such a difficult-to-unscrew lid!.

The tumbler itself has a great color, almost exactly what I expected, and the packaging was attractive and easy to open. I like that it comes with two straws instead of just one, as well as an additional lid that can be used to turn it into a to-go cup. For hot drinks, grab a mug! br>Because it had a strange odor, I washed it right away (hand wash only; the lids are top-rack dishwasher safe). dishwasher-safe rack) and it washed away without a hitch. It's been 3 hours since I put ice in it, and the ice hasn't melted! Overall, I'm very pleased with this product, especially considering how inexpensive it is for something that is insulated. They're perfect for me. I used to drink out of Starbucks tumblers, but they would always break. I was on the lookout for a replacement when I came across these. I'm so glad I took the chance! They're a little smaller than the venti tumblers, but they hold the same amount of liquid (I checked). br>They keep hot coffee hot for hours and cold coffee with ice cold for hours; I've had ice in the bottom of my cup after 10 hours. br>I don't use the straws that come with them; I have stainless steel straws that work perfectly with these cups. I use them primarily for coffee, but they can be used for any purpose.

I was ecstatic to receive this item because it was exactly what I had hoped for and as advertised. It had a lot of good reviews, so I assumed it would be suitable for my needs. I put the Straw Lid on the first time I used it. I filled the cup halfway with ice water and it kept my water cold for hours, even after I refilled it three times with water. The lid would not come off the fourth time I tried. When I attempted to remove the lid, it completely disintegrated and became useless. This is a shame because the Straw Lid was one of the main reasons I purchased this cup. I was disappointed that I didn't listen to that person and even more disappointed that I spent money on something that didn't even last me an entire day in school because I saw someone else leave a review similar to mine about the lid falling apart, but I assumed that was an exception or faulty product. To be clear, the tops do require some design work in terms of falling apart, and they do feel a little light. It's a good thing they have a replacement option. My lid hasn't broken yet, but if it does, I'm hoping for a more durable replacement. br> I got the 16oz, and the body is fantastic. The lid locks in with a twist. Keeps hot content warm for a long time without burning your hands. All of the models are wearing black tops, which I adore. Sleek. Also, the straw punch is beautiful because it is seamless. The Keurig mini fits under the 16oz opening. Perfect.
