These. "Bowls" ? They're actually quite small and shallow.br> There are only six of them. 1/2" in diameter. Tgey's claim isn't even close to being true. There Aren't 22 Ounces in There. They're closer to 15-year-olds than 20-year-olds. Approximately 16 oz. They Can't Even Hold Two Cups. br>Without Overflowing. And it's all very shallow.

No, this looks like a pasta bowl, and it has steeper sides than my pasta bowls, so it won't work as a plate.

These plate bowls are fantastic. I think it's ridiculous that kitchen serving plates and bowls make me happy, but they do. They arrived in excellent condition, protected from breakage even if the package was handled roughly by the mail carrier. (I'm not implying that the mail carrier was, just that the company packaged these items extremely well to keep the bowls safe during transit. ) It's hard for me to believe they're only 22 ounces because they appear to be much larger. But, really, they're the perfect size, and they help me keep track of my portions. They APPEAR to be large, but once you put food on them, the base is less than 7 inches (as it curves up to the full 7 inches on top), rather than the traditional dinner plate (10 inches), so they really do help trick the mind into thinking there is more there. These are fantastic.
I've bought these twice now because they're great. I was initially put off by how small they were in comparison to my expectations. Reading sizes do not work for me; I require images. However, I've discovered that they work well for my family. These bowls are used to serve snacks and meals. You won't have to worry about food sliding off, and you'll have more control over portion sizes. Also, if I cook family style, which involves a few different items, I can easily serve them while ensuring that there are few to no leftovers (in the past, I'd make large bowls and have to eat leftovers for several days). These are much more frequently used than my old salad and dinner plates. These are fantastic. I wish they were a little "whiter" because they are more of an off white, but since we are only a family of four, I don't mind. br>br>For a size comparison, I've included photos of all three (dinner, salad, and this bowl). In addition, there is a bowl on top of the dinner/salad, as well as a measurement of the diameter. I hope this is useful to those of you who, like me, require visual aids. They were packaged safely, with foam sheets between and around all of the bowls. It was also delivered safely by Amazon, without bouncing around in an overly large box.
In my house, we eat a lot of pasta, but we have a hard time keeping track of how much we eat. All of our plates and bowls appear to be piled high with pasta (which, hey, isn't the more the merrier? ), but our flatware didn't help us when we started trying to lose weight and eat smaller portions. Let me just say that these bowls are perfect! The low profile of the sides prevents you from piling up too much, but they are still wide enough to give you the impression that you are getting a good amount. They're also fantastic in rice dishes. They may appear to be insignificant, but they have had a significant impact on our eating habits. I've found them to be durable and easy to clean, and a classic white dish never goes out of style. They don't let you down! When it comes to choosing dinnerware, I am extremely picky. It took me a long time to find these. They're perfect for me. br>br>Because my children are young, I needed something that would last, but I also wanted something that would stand out and look good for any occasion. I can have fun with the colored dishes or I can let my table runner set the tone for the event and highlight the white dishes' elegance. br>br>There are a lot of pieces I'd like to add (dinner plates should probably be next), and there's a lot to choose from in this line. These are one-of-a-kind, useful, and sophisticated. br>br>An added bonus is that there is a code in the package that can be used to get a free item. I went through the process for a free mug and then for a free bouillon cup. I haven't received them yet, but once I do, I'll post a new photo.
There isn't much to say about a bowl other than it's a great in-betweener. a combination of a bowl and a plate For foods that don't require a full bowl or a flat plate, this is exactly what you or I would want. Rice, pasta, dumplings, sauces, stews, and other dishes may be served. They all have a place in this dishware that is perfectly suited to them. br>I haven't had it long enough to comment on its durability, but it did survive Amazon shipping (kudos on the packaging), so I'm confident it will last. So far, everything seems to be going swimmingly.
My intention in purchasing these bowls was to have a restaurant-sized, plain white bowl on hand for a large serving of pasta for a small dinner. Because I don't want people to have to return for seconds during social distancing, the size is critical. With a 30 ounce dish, I figured I could accomplish my goal. These bowls are too small to be used. It's difficult to judge size from a picture with no context, and it's my fault that I couldn't grasp the 8. The listing included a description of a 3 inch diameter. The bowls are the perfect size for children's cereal dishes, dieting portion control, small salads, and so on; however, they are not the right size for my creamy Tuscan chicken dinner next Friday because my guests would have to refill the bowls three times. As a result, we have learned our lesson. The bowls are stunning in their own right. They were well-protected and in excellent condition. However, I won't be able to put them to much use. The way they sit on a full-sized charger can be seen in the photos. For comparison, I put a picture of my regular bowl on the charger. They're more of an accent piece, and I really needed something that would stand out on the charger, so I'll keep looking.
This versatile white pasta bowl is one of my favorites. It's ideal for pasta, which I prepare at least once a week. With the white bowl, pasta, red sauce, and parmesan cheese on top, it looks so elegant. The bowl's shape is very pleasing to the eye. I've also used it to make Caesar Salad because it has plenty of room for all of the delicious ingredients. Other items can be found on the Swedish website. A cereal bowl and dessert dishes are both on my wish list. My pasta bowls were purchased at full price. I simply wanted to express my excitement to other potential buyers.
