A teapot from a different set has broken

The item was not as described or as shown in the picture. They sent a broken teapot from a different set of teapots. I bought it as a present for a friend, but I'm afraid I won't be able to give it to them. This is incredibly distressing. I'm definitely going to return it for a refund. br>br>I purchased this set for another friend in February, and it was satisfactory; however, this seller is hit or miss. It's possible that you won't receive what you requested. It's a risky purchase.
