It's a good shirt overall, but it's prone to stains.
They are a great company and I own lots of expresso machines from them, but this milk warmer performs worse than my copper model (I am Italian and I have known the company forever). It also rusted at the surface of the rim within the first wash (in the dishwasher). Though I was doubtful it was dishwasher safe, the description said it was, so I put it through. It turns out I was right after all. . The stainless steel should not be placed in the dishwasher if there are grains visible on it. I don't dislike it particularly because it pours without spilling, but I dislike how when you pour the milk it kind of "fries" just a little bit when it touches the side of the pitcher as you pour. I'm not sure if mine is defective, but if you can find one in copper (incredibly difficult wash it by hand instead after all, it needs to be cleaned.
