The design isn't to my liking, and the ice isn't working properly. As bad as the fact that I won't be able to return the device. I had no idea that this device was non-returnable. It was not stated that it was a non-returnable item. AMAZON has a responsibility to keep their customers informed. I am extremely dissatisfied with the fact that the product does not work as it should, and I am unable to return it.

I bought it about a month ago. My first one broke down, but they sent me a replacement right away, despite the fact that all I wanted to know was how to fix it. When the second one began to malfunction, they offered to refund half of the cost so that we could have it repaired. We had a family member who could assist us in repairing it (the coils were clogged, preventing the Freon from cooling properly), but pipe cleaners from the dollar store will suffice! ) I adore this product and would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone, especially since the customer service is among the best I've ever encountered! I always go with the small option because it allows me to make more ice and the ice is the perfect chewing consistency for someone who is addicted to chewing ice all day.

This machine is fantastic at producing neat little bullets. ice cubes in a variety of shapes It's quiet, quick, and doesn't take up a lot of room. I'd give it a five star rating if it didn't have a couple of flaws to watch out for: To begin with, the ice cubes are soft and will melt quickly. Second, after a batch of ice has been processed, the machine dumps the cubes into a holding basket. Because this basket isn't refrigerated, the already soft ice in the holding basket may melt. You only need to be aware of this and move the cubes into a freezer container on a regular basis. This solves both problems!br>br>We plan to use this machine when we go camping in our travel trailer and don't want to have to go to the store for ice; we believe it will work perfectly!.

We used to buy ice from the store, but the costs started to add up, so we ordered this ice maker, which saves us money, works quickly, and provides more than enough ice. As a bonus, our dog enjoys using ice cubes as treats. Because the ice clumps together, I took away one star. This isn't a big deal, though. We found it to be a deal breaker. This is a fantastic product that we'll use in our camper when we're able to get out and about again.

This is the second ice machine we've bought in the last 12 months. The first machine (from a different company) produced excellent ice, but it leaked all over our counters and took an hour to make a batch. We came across this machine from VivoHome and decided to buy it based on the positive reviews - The best choice I've ever made. It's a lot smaller than our previous unit, but it makes just as much ice; it looks great on the counter, cycles through a batch of ice in under half an hour, and doesn't leak at all! During Thanksgiving, it provided enough food for our 20 guests.

My ice maker started to leak badly after 9 months. It wasn't the drain or plug that caused the problem. Instead of leaking when the bin was full, it was falling down from the center of the unit onto the counter while it was making ice. I discovered that the ice maker had only a 90-day warranty, so I had to get rid of it. Apart from that, I enjoyed it.
