I'll update once I've used it properly. The boxes were well packaged, were shipped by freight, and there was no lift gate, however, we made it work, it was easy to attach the latches and handles, and the lids are held open by spring-loaded hinges. At the time, it was 80 degrees when I plugged it in to the solar charger, and just under an hour later, it was 0F. I took it outside in the direct sun. I just compared my ge that I bought from lowe's to my ge that took 24 hours to reach 20 degrees. In the next few days I will be using this to freeze one gallon water bottles. I hope I can fit 200 or more in this thing, so it will get a lot of use! When the water is 45F going into the freezer, it goes to 8F per hour until it's frozen, then it's moved to a 20-degree holding freezer. March to October is the period when this happens. As time passes and as more information becomes available, I will update the review. The fact that this has been running outside for a month now means it hasn't had time to shut off, so as soon as buckets freeze, we put in new ones. It gets down to 4F on 1 gauge. It is listed as reaching 11F, but there is no problem for right now. I don't know if my probe is wrong or what, but I have it on 1 and it gets down to 4F. It is imperative that you keep it in the shade if the temperature outside is above 80 degree and that you have a fan blowing through the back of the enclosure if there is a lot of heat outside. The fast pulldown and cool air coming out of it have greatly increased since doing this. Make sure it is on its own outlet, press the breakers, and cut the extension cord as short as possible and as small a gauge as possible. We used a 100 foot 8 gauge A cord of 00 can be used there until a permanent power outlet can be installed.
