There is quite a bit of ice buildup. Only two months old, and I've already had to use a chisel and hammer to rid the unit of ice buildup one time, and it seems to come back quickly. Would you mind letting me know if this unit is likely to display this behavior? Could you tell me if this is normal or abnormal, and if so, how to rectify it!.

What does "Garage Ready" mean when it doesn't always mean the garage is There are no problems with the freezer

The delivery truck met my neighbor after it arrived three days before I got home. A cable was plugged in and the computer was offloaded. As soon as I got home to inspect the package, I found that ice and frost had formed on the lids and inside the boxes. We discovered that the hinges around the gaskets were not seated correctly and were allowing a lot of cold air into the unit. My door hinges were damaged so I replaced them To ensure that lids are flat and completely sealed, the angle was adjusted. As a result, there is no ice or frost and it is working perfectly.
