Due to the inability of this display case to hold its temperature at its ideal setting, we are experiencing problems. Although we keep trying to keep the temperature at 40 degrees F, the temperature keeps climbing to 47 and 48 degrees F. We believe it may be unsafe for the food to be kept chilled in this case.
As a result, our items stayed cool and the temperature was easily visible for the health inspectors to know what was happening. The temperature did fluctuate often but that was due to the fact that we kept opening it constantly. Great job, I loved Your help is greatly appreciated!.
The temperature never dipped below 68 degrees, and I was very frustrated. I had to come up with another plan as a business owner due to a cheesecake I was supposed to use this weekend.
Initially, it would not turn on. What an unpleasant experience. We initially thought that it was just a minor problem but after calling customer service, and they weren't able to help us since they were out of the office, we decided to return the item, but because of how poor the service was, our refund took a long time to be processed. I had only received about $1,100 back after everything had been settled because the refund was not being handled properly. I was able to resolve this issue thanks to Amazon support. There's nothing good about this product over at KoolMore and there is no support either.
The display case is very nice. The container is large enough to put pastries and chocolates.
A 28-DAY period after delivery, the product stopped working. The product I received was defective and I need to get I am so very very disappointed!.

are very happy with our refrigerator case and would recommend it to others. One complaint we have is that the lights aren't as bright on our bottom shelves, but that is the way these cases are built. We are trying to add an additional strip of lighting to the case to brighten that part of the case. Hopefully it'll work! I'll update you when it does!.
