I would give the packaging one star if it wasn't so expensive. The inside of each box was heavily damaged upon arrival. It should have been possible to individually wrap the heavy wheels in recyclable paper so that they would not be shaking inside the box and hitting one another. In a leaky plastic bag, the rods, washers, and cotter pins were all mixed up and unwrapped heavy wheels were lying around in it. The hardware store employee did not find the exact size of cotter pin at which I had to go get them because I had to go get some cotter pins missing.
Thanks to its wheel locks, I wanted to use it to hold a 55 gallon water barrel. There is no doubt this is an industrial strength product, but the manufacturing is sloppy, so the caster fittings would not fit. The caster had to be filed down to fit, which required the use of a grinder and a file. I don't think this is a good deal, especially at this price.
Due to a very heavy BBQ grill that was difficult to lift, we purchased this. As a result, the issue has been resolved completely. I only have one complaint it is a bit difficult to reach the lock on the wheels. I can move the grill by myself between inside and outside the barn with this tool. It's easy to move over a lip on the floor since the wheels are large. Our technique was to use three The grill is secured to the dolly with 1/2 inch U bolts.
My husband also noticed this missing part. Galvanized steel rods and cotter pins are used to lock the casters into their base. One cotter pin was missing, so we could not use the dolly until we found it. All of the assembly parts were not received. I would have given the item 5 stars if I had received them all.
It looks like the hardware is very sturdy, but all the bolts are In this package, there were no bolts or pins. Make sure you buy your own bolts at the hardware store.

Despite being outside in all kinds of weather and all, this dolly has held up well. In addition to a price that can't be beat, all of the wheels move freely and the metal construction is well-made.
Never before have I posted a review, but today I am doing so It's not so much my issue with the item, but rather with the service I received. If I were to review the item, I could only comment on the drum dolly because when I received it I found the box had a hole in the side and no casters were in it. There was no construction to hold the nearly 50 pounds in the box, and it is flimsy. There is a weight for this item. We will now discuss how to return in a "simple" manner. If an item is returned even though it was delivered by FedEx, UPS must handle it That's not convenient, and it doesn't make much sense. In addition to FedEx denying punching a hole in the package if they did, I can call them and ask if they did FedEx has a reputation for delivering bad product, which I know from my bad experiences in the past. My only saving grace is that I was able to print out a return label from the comfort of my home. I cannot comment on anything more since I have yet to see the casters or how well they fit inside the dolly. Though the dolly appears well constructed, its welds are not the greatest. I was very pleased with the construction of the dolly, and the paint job was excellent. They were large and heavy duty, and were able to support the 500-pound weight very easily. I load them up with a lot of work. Rolling on the casters is good, and the brakes keep their pressure. It is very hard to find a better product than this.
