These have let me down so far. For years, I've purchased the Viva paper towels (four packages of six each) from Amazon. The cost of a box has risen dramatically in recent months (approximately $20). I like Viva towels because they feel like cloth and I wanted to keep ordering them, so I tried the subscribe and save option. These Viva towels are just as rough and thin as the cheap bargain brand towels. They're difficult to remove from the roll, which has been an issue with my previous orders as well. I only buy VIVA because I have constant running sinuses and have to hack lumps of mucus out of my mouth and blow streams of guk out of my nose. These towels have a rough texture and may be suitable for scrubbing counter tops, but they are not suitable for cleaning my nose and skin. Even after going through the washer and dryer, the soft yet strong VIVA towels I've always purchased come out a little shrunken but clean and reusable. NO, I don't wash them on purpose, but I do think it improves their quality! If this is a brand-new VIVA design. It must be thrown away!.
