I just bought a package in May of this year, and they're down to nine people. 1" by 8". A pack of 60 remains the same.
These towels are not recyclable or compostable, so we suggest throwing them away.
I use these to dry my hands on a daily basis, and they have the texture of paper towels. For guests, I have linen-like towels in a basket.
I don't think you could use them on your face, but I believe you could. They're not as rough as paper towels, for sure! I use them every time I wash my hands, and I love that they're the perfect size to dry under my long nails after washing, knowing that they're germ-free! Especially in light of the current events in the world! I'm hoping they'll be available again soon!

I gave some to my ophthalmologist and told him how useful they were for people like me who had to use eye drops several times a day and needed to keep our hands and the area around our eyes clean and sterile, and I suggested he tell his patients about them. I've also given them to family members as gifts and brag about how great they are. But now I'm disappointed because they're not as sturdy as they used to be, fall apart when wet, and stick together when you try to pull one out of the dispenser. I signed up for Amazon Prime to receive six boxes every three months, but I'm thinking about canceling it. Kimberly-Clark Kleenex (Kimberly-Clark Kleenex) Clark) should pay attention to all of the negative reviews about how low the quality of this product has deteriorated, and return to making these hand towels the way they used to.
This product (rather than the seller) was a letdown for me. I recently used a Kleenex Hand Towel to dry my hands at a local restaurant, and I was so impressed with their disposable towels that I removed the cover from their towel holder to see what brand they were. Because of my large hands, I frequently need to dry them with two or three towels. In this restaurant, I was able to use just one towel and found them to be quite durable. So much so that I took out my phone and ordered what I assumed to be the same towel (same brand/name). These towels are smaller and less durable, as I discovered when they arrived. In fact, using a paper towel from the roll is preferable. So there's got to be a commercial version or something that I'm missing out on. If you're looking for a smaller disposable towel, this might be the one for you, but I find them useless.
Pros: The towels are thick and soft enough to feel absorbent and will not fall apart when used, and the price is reasonable at $11. For this OCD person who wants guests to use fresh towels, 94/6 boxes is ok, not great, but it's better than doing laundry (subscribe and save, it's cheaper). Finally, it will fit inside Amazon's bamboo towel dispenser (shown). Despite the design of the box, people must use one hand to hold the box down when pulling the towel out. It looks more attractive when it's placed upside down in the bamboo dispenser, and people can simply pull the towel out without having to touch the dispenser. Con: Again, it could be less expensive, but I am satisfied with the current price. It is hoped that the price will not rise.
I had been saving for a long time and was very pleased until my delivery yesterday. Previously, these hand towels were MUCH LARGER and THICKER. The high level of quality astounded me. NOW. They look a lot like the towels you'd find in a high-end restaurant, which are usually wicker-covered. In the restrooms, there is a style basket. They're a cross between a tissue, a hand towel, and a napkin, as far as I can tell. I'm not sure if it's because I use them for all of the above or if it's just that I do.
