It's not as easy as it appears! In reality, these so-called compostable forks are not compostable at all! They arrived wrapped in a huge amount of Saran Wrap (totally absurd). There is a sticker on the package that says that these are compostable in so many industrial facilities, and that these facilities are not abundant. Then I was wondering what the hell was going on? It is necessary to find a composting facility that operates on an industrial scale. It is my hope that they break down faster in a landfill, but unfortunately they cannot be composted at home or through municipal programs, at least not.
Using this for our outdoor ladies event because we couldn't use real silverware has been a great success. Strong as a rock. The following ideas will be kept in mind for upcoming events.
