Because I received a unit that did not work, I am unable to provide a review of the product. When the unit arrived, the bottom of the box had been completely cut out and only the ends had been taped up. Missing parts (shelves and brackets) were found when I opened the box. It began to cool as soon as I plugged it in; My husband believes the motor has blown because it would get to about 56 degrees and then begin to smell like it was on fire. I believe the unit was sent to a different customer and then returned. The item was returned to me, and I ended up with it. I really needed it for an event, so it's a shame. I gave it back to you. I won't be purchasing another large item like this in the near future. line!.

When I turned on the unit, the digital display was not working. When I called for service, they arrived within one day, and the technician dismantled it and discovered a severed wire. He fixed it, and the unit has been working fine ever since. We were extremely pleased that they stepped in and dispatched a service technician to our location right away to resolve the issue.

It began at 35 degrees Fahrenheit, then returned to 59 degrees Fahrenheit. 56F. I'm not sure what to do about it. I've just asked for a substitute.

The fan motor was a little noisy, especially for a countertop unit, but it seemed to get cold enough.
