Questions & Answers
I've had no issues with them on my wood table.
The fabric was scorched when I placed a hot skillet on top of the white one.
They can be washed, of course.
I immediately placed baking dishes and pans on top of them after they had been removed from the oven.

Everyone is perplexed as to why they are so enormous. They are told to be quiet. It's not a big deal.
When you put a hot pot on them, they melted immediately. The trivets for hot pots aren't suitable for their intended purpose. Use only as decorative elements in your kitchen and not to handle hot pots and pans.
These melted into my pots almost instantly! This is ineffective.
After the first time it's been used - The trivet melted, stuck to the bottom of the pan, and is falling apart, despite the fact that I am an experienced cook who did not abuse the trivet. I put my cast iron skillet on the trivet after searing some tuna steaks to take it off the heat and protect my butcher block counters. I had to peel the trivet off the bottom of my skillet to wash it, and when I did, I discovered it was not only burned/melted, but also beginning to fall apart. I am so disappointed! These are purely decorative and do not serve any practical purpose.
In fact, any hot item we put in one of these would stick to the bottom of the pot. br>br>I was preparing a meal that required me to saute something in the oven. Remove the safe skillet from the oven and set it aside. After sautéing, I set the skillet on one of these trivets while I got ready to put it in the oven. Without realizing it, the trivet had stuck to the bottom of the skillet, so I put it in the oven, and before I knew it, the trivet had caught fire in our oven! Our dinner was ruined because of the foul odor. br>br>Another trivet became stuck to the bottom of a skillet, which we returned to the stove and began to burn underneath the skillet on the burner - The trivet and our glass stovetop were also ruined, and it smelled awful. br>br>Needless to say, we've switched to wooden trivets and haven't had any problems. br>br>However, if you're cooking elaborate meals with a lot of steps, I wouldn't recommend these trivets because you'd have to constantly remove them from your hot pots and skillets. It's also difficult to tell if a pot or pan is resting on one because they're so thin. Choose a more durable material that can withstand high temperatures and will not cause a fire hazard in your kitchen!.
These were a gift for my mother, and she was thrilled with them! They go well with our decor, and the material is sturdy. We haven't had a chance to use or wash them yet, but our initial impressions are positive!.
This set of pot holders is ideal for my farmhouse-style kitchen. a kitchen in style They're ideal for protecting your wooden table while also looking great! A win- win!.
I bought these as a gift for my mother, who was having trouble finding pink kitchen accessories. I don't usually buy home goods online, but I'm glad I did this time. These came with a bow and were nicely packaged as a gift. The colors in the image are true to life, and they're large and thick enough to be useful. She transfers pans from the oven to the trivets with ease, and she's had no trouble using them on her painted wood table.
